as far as I know more than 30,000 people die every year in the states by regular flu. But cause it's regular flu no one does the numbers and checks ._." so don't worry too much about it, just follow safety precautions ^^
^ exactly. I mean yes this flu is more serious than the regular flu but its not like we haven't saw new strains of the flu before. The media always blows things out of proportion. Its really not THAT bad here.. i mean just 100 cases out of millions of people.. and its only hit a few states by July I'm sure this will be completely under control. I don't see any reason for anyone to cancel any plans to come here.

Speaking of the media, a co-worker of mine was talking about that today. He said his friend or someone like that came down with the flu and went to the doctor immediately. The doctor ran some tests and said it was just the normal flu. The doctor also said that the media was blowing the situation out of proportion. Although this is a new strain of the flu, there is no reason to cause so much hysteria over the matter. I agree, too, but I think we should still cover our mouths when we cough or sneeze, wash our hands constantly, etc... I just hope all of this goes away soon so we can enjoy the VAMPS concert.

i'm coming with my hubby from miami. i got my reservations at comfort suites and my plane tickets and vamps tickets. i gave up on las vegas,only 1 non-stop there a day and at a bad time. so i am ready to go!
I'm so traing to go, I just need some one to bu my ticket, with that I can buy my fly and I´ll be there, All the way from Mexico!

What time will we be lining up, you mean? Well... heh. ^^; Personally, VERYYYYY early. But I think if you get there by the morning of the show, 6amish maybe, or even a bit later you should be fine... but do get there early!! I have no doubt in my mind there will be a line. First off, it's a Saturday. Second off, it's summer, so no one has school to worry about generally. So~ that means more time to sit in line.
I'm probably going... well, I'm sure everyone here understands how much I desperately want to go, but I won't know until the day after tomorrow if I definitely can.
I'll be alone, so I'm looking for people to meet up with (possibly just to wait on line with, but I haven't made any plans for hotels yet, so if anyone wants to share a room at a hotel that doesn't cost too much...). I'm not sure what time I'll arrive at, but I live in New York (the state) so I could probably get there the previous day/night if there's someone to wait with...

Then I´ll be there very early! I must sleep a lot in the plane...But I must be on the front! I don't care how much I'll have to wait...It will be silly to be in the back after coming all the way to NY

Hahaha, yes~~~ there will definitely be people there early, and you're welcome to wait with us~ (I think we already have a little group of sorts, and I know I have a few other friends who said they'll camp out who aren't on the forums... xD) It'll be a party! \m/
Do you mind me asking where in NY you live and are coming from? :3 I live on Long Island, an hour from NYC, so I'll probably just head into the city late the night before and chill out until the concert. |D
