RE: NYC attendees?
Heh... I'm used to not getting much sleep. The only time I really got sick from lack of sleep + concerts was after the MUCC show... when I was up for 45 hours straight, after two days of concerts. This is called "being stupid." Don't try it at home. XD
ETA: For the record, those two concerts had been Mindless Self Indulgence on the 6th, and MUCC the next night. ^^;

Yeah camping out isn't pleasant and no matter what you always feel gross in the morning. Then the mosh pit messes you up some more and then a shower looks like heaven, but not in relation to those on stage ;D

RE: NYC attendees?
I'm not expecting a mosh pit for this show. I was surprised that there wasn't a mosh pit at the MUCC and BLOOD shows - not that I noticed, anyway. VAMPS/Hyde music isn't exactly mosh music - definitely less than either of those bands are. Dir en grey, however.... is death.

Woah are you kidding me~ are you talking about the most recent MUCC concert in NYC? That pit was worse than all the Diru shows combined. Some girl bit me and drew blood!! I had to rip her hair out for her to let go. It was insane, that mosh pit. Maybe you didn't notice because it was way up front. It was so bad it was very hard for me to enjoy the show...
Expect a pit even if their music isn't made for it. People will go crazy anyway and push and some may even bite you -.-... Expect the worst so that when there is no pit then it will be awesome! ;D

...were we at the same show?! Lol. XD I was about 3 rows back maybe, more towards the middle/Yukke's side (left) and I didn't mind the crowd at all! I thought it was perfect - not too intense, but not too fail. BLOOD was kinda fail crowd, and Diru was wayyy too intense for me (to the point I let myself be pushed to the side, out of the middle >_>;)
I am expecting the worst for the Vamps crowd though. (Especially if I hope to get barrier, I've never had that before, I know to expect to be pushed and bruised afterwards. I'm not too worried though. In my mind, it can't be worse then Diru.

RE: NYC attendees?
Wow, really? I wasn't all that far back, and I didn't notice anything that crazy going on. o.o Weird. I'll have to watch the DVD again and see if I notice it this time.
Oh well. This is why I always get on line super early - so I can get on the barrier, and once I get a hold of that barrier, you can't budge me for the world. XD
Haha... I was too busy paying attention to the bands to notice the crowd at the BLOOD show. XD The Boston BLOOD crowd was epic fail... but the NYC BLOOD crowd was kinda fun. Especially in comparison. ^^; But yeah, the MUCC crowd was kind of made of win as I recall it.
I'm always prepared for the worst! The barrier is the best place for me to be, though, for safety purposes. (Seriously, I should get some kind of medical affidavit or something saying "This girl MUST be on the barrier at concerts to avoid being crushed to death from all sides." I almost died in the NYC Diru crowd in November, not even exaggerating. >_< Wish I could've gotten there earlier. I was three rows back instead of on the barrier, and, well... like I said. I almost died. Had I been on the barrier, I would have been a-ok.

I hope J looks into this subject!

RE: NYC attendees?
I've never lined up the night before.. the closest I came to that was the Paris L'Arc show ~ we got there around 8:00 in the morning for the show and ended up with 2nd row on Ken's side so I was happy!
but, I think I will line up for this, my sisters and I might take shifts - one at home and two on line.
I have no clue what to bring with me though - maybe one of those folding chairs?
We are also trying to decide between the CT and Baltimore shows for our 2nd show - I am leaning towards Baltimore just so I can get some sleep between events
