RE: ARE WE READY?
I'm sure VAMPS has the money to pay for the support band and staff. If they didn't they wouldn't be going on tour! VAMPS will pay for everything and everyone and I'm sure they have an accountant to make sure they have the funds for everything.
To be honest, I think it would be silly if they did a world tour and DIDN'T come to America. We're such a huge country and we've gotten attention from Hyde before I don't see him just up and ignoring us now. I think they will AT LEAST do LA.
They were all for breaking into America last year I don't think they'd just forget about us this year.

I hope you are right!
The other thing I am concerned about is time. VAMPS is putting out new material and that takes time. L'arc will probably put out new material next year and that takes time. Plus they will be planning their comeback show/tours and that takes time. I just hope Hyde can squeeze eveything in and remain upright.

RE: ARE WE READY?
Interestingly, Versailles (~Philharmonic Quintet~), another J-Rock band with a heavy international fanbase, recently announced their own World Tour, which currently consists of a variety of different cities in both Europe and South America (and hopefully more dates in the states and elsewhere). I'm saying this because if Versailles, who only recently went major, can pull off such an enormous international tour, then I've no doubts that VAMPS, being a much more popular and subsequently richer band, will not disappoint.

At least we don't need a Visa to go to Brazil ^^ so wherever they go near Peru will be fine ^_^! Have you notice they will have around 42 lives only in Japan? x__x That's insane! I hope they don't exhaust themselves ¬¬!
Also, I've always wondered why Japanese fans go to other countries if they already see them live more than 40 times a year x__x and nowadays they are playing in small venues even in Japan (plus, they do anything they can to be front row even in the US) O_o I still don't get that level of stalking |D.

I don't know about Japan but I believe band managers here get around 10-15% profit before anyone else is paid. Then I've also heard that record producers get a royalty payment and of course the band has to pay back studio costs (though, considering VAMPS is indie I'm guessing they don't have an outside company fronting recording costs).
Yes, traveling, payroll, insurance, food, hotels, equipment etc all expensive. Though Hyde has been around for quite awhile so he has had plenty of time to rack up some money. (And I thought they DID use a bus in Japan? I remember one being on a dvd, but perhaps that was L'Arc? Staff need some way to travel. Big bands usually have multiple buses to carry all the staff)
However, if those little VK indie bands can do overseas tours then I'm sure VAMPS will be fine. I'm sure they have wayyyyy more money than the smaller indie bands.
I don't think they'll do some massive tour where they hit 50 cities, but I do think they'll at least hit some major areas.
Good points.
Some bands use the rail system in Japan to get to their destinations.
Hyde may have the funds....and so too K.A.Z......but what about Ju-ken, Jin, and Ari? This will be costing them, also. Plus any staff they bring back with them.
Besides Hyde spends so much of his money on clothes that should have hit the dust bin long ago....lol. Holey pants and such. (Couldn't help but toss that in there) :)
Don't misinterpret me......I DO want them to come back here. I'm just not getting overly excited until I see something in writing. But I am trying to set aside small bits of money when I can so I can catch at least one show....if possible.
I agree with the expenses point many of you made! Also I think US is a possibility because at the end of the Photobook they wrote we'll be back. So even if they do 6 lives in Europe (one in each major city maybe?) they will go to the States for at least one live. I believe their words. I also think Mexico will have priority when choosing among Latin America because of its proximity to the US and less travel costs. Any other country would of course be great for us, but right now we will take whatever they are able to deliver!
I would just like for most fans to stop spamming their my space page with please come to my country messages x_x

:) VAMPROSE pays for the tour. Nothing comes out of the band member's pockets unless they decide to buy stuff on their own. I think their meals and drinks are paid for as well, as well as for their staff. So, no worries about VAMPS themselves going broke on tour. That is...unless they go to Vegas again and do some major gambling. ;) *j/k* I just hope they post dates soon, so fans can make the necessary preparations.

Doesn't HYDE own VAMPROSE though? Or is Wikipedia lying to me again?

Well, remember HYDE said that in 2006, too, but they didn't return until three years later. He didn't say specifically "we'll be back next year." But I do know that they -will- be back, simply because I've never known HYDE to just lie to his fans like that just to get their hopes up. I mean, I've known him to say things to rile up a crowd, but not specifically to just say something as major as "We'll be back" and lie about it, and that's one of the many things I love about HYDE.

Indeed, which means he has contractual obligations now.
"By signing this photobook with the text, "We'll be back," the signing party, VAMPS, henceforth agrees to give another performance in the country, the United States of America, of the viewing party, the fans." A thousand comma splices later, we have an unofficial contract pretty much forcing them to come back.
But you know, at the same time, I feel kind of bad, like I'm forcing them so far away from their homes. Whenever I travel, I get real homesick real easily, so I can imagine traveling to so many locations must be a pain for them.
