A happy birthday to HYDE and hopefully many more rockin' birthdays to come. No matter how old he gets, you'll always be my #1, irreplaceable hero. Gawd, I wish I could tell him that to his person, but ignoring the fact that I clearly don't know him, he's probably heard it millions of times before.

I was actually surprised that no one in an earlier time zone had mentioned it.

I always celebrate with cake. Today I tried the butter pecan flavor. It's almost cool and ready to frost. Always a great excuse to put on another pound. :)

My mother would never let me bake a cake just to celebrate a celebrity from Japan's birthday x: - She has no sense of conviction. :X - I would love to do that though, even if I don't actually enjoy cake as much as I used to.

I don't usually eat cake either....not even for my own birthday. But Hyde is an exception. I eat one piece and the rest goes elsewhere.

The butter pecan is ok....I think I like vanilla better though.

You can go and buy a cupcake at the grocery store. I've done that before, too. :)

You also play L'arc, Hyde, VAMPS music all day to celebrate. Oh, wait.....I already do that.

Watch a music video of a concert, too. One of your favorite performances. Or Kagen no Tsuki.

Lawl, I just don't like cake anymore *audience gasps* Yes, I know. But it probably tastes extra sweet with HYDE on the brain while eating it.

OMG! I am so happy to FINALLY know HYDE's B-day...it's like the world's best kept secret...like everything else in his life.

Not to sound mean or crazy or anything of those things but i really hate birthday threads. I find it a bit disrespectful to HYDE since its really obvious he doesn't like any of his personal information to be known. Even in HYDEIST this is a big no no and whenever someone says Happy Birthday to him it's almost immediately deleted.

I just feel as fans we should respect his privacy more but yeah that's just my opinion.

I agree that we should respect the band's privacy. However, when Hyde himself publically verified his birth date, then I feel that he lifted the ban on this one aspect of himself. If he did not want people to know then he would have not verified the date.
