OMG that HYDE-sharpie picture was sooooo SEXY!!!

Anyway [still staring and drooling at the picture] I would like to know how I can ever find magazines/posters of HYDE/VAMPS/L'Arc~en~Ciel to buy...because here in PR is almost impossible [thank you internet] so any helpful link would be great for me.

Speaking about posters all over the room, I went through the 'Backstreet Boys stage' [yeah, and still a huge fan of them] and I had my walls covered with their posters. My parents hated them saying that they felt observed, and that's why they never entered my room LOL

Today 1 1/2 of the walls remains covered with their best official posters. So I won't mind having HYDE-sama staring at me day and night. I was planning by printing random pictures from my laptop, but that would mean a LOT of ink -_-

Any ideas?

How are the computers at the public libraries? Can you print for free at all? The library I use only starts to charge after the 3rd page for each computer session.
You might check on eBay and see if sellers will ship to PR. I would think that American ones might. Sometimes magazines and posters do surface there.

Hi There! I'm from Peru! You could go to a printing place, and give them your high quality pictures and ask them to make a poster out of it. I did that for many friends with artists they like. It's cheap here. Is it cheap there? Usually printing is cheaper down here.

About the Sharpie-photo: I am glad J didn't mind me doing that xD I just caught him off guard I guess. Any other situation he would have asked me not to do that. x.x

LOL Ah~ XD I'm glad I'm the only one! I still have one BSB poster up since middleschool and i REFUSE to take it down!! >< I wish I had the money though I'd totally buy the MV13 and put those posters up too!!

As to what usagi said, well here in the states we can pretty much get sued for it since its copyrighted, well not really I doubt Vamprose/J would actually hunt us down LOL but any places that do poster print-outs and such (kinkos, walgreens) wont do it for that posability. If the photo looks too professional they will refuse. Of course you can always try and may get lucky but~ whenever I tried they refused.

Oh! I didn't know that. I guess we are just lucky down here. Many stores sell unofficial posters with awesome quality, and they even sell bootleg cds and dvds. That's how most of the people get their first goods since original ones are expensive. Once they are hooked up they tend to get original stuff. But we all start with fake posters and ripped cds

Also you could paint some in your walls... here example, I had to upload on metroflog because image hosting sites hate me today :-(

Measure the fragment of wall you will be using, and open an image file with those proportions, look for a picture that you like and can fit that space.
Chance saturation, shine, curves and levels to make it black and white only, then give it more shine so the black becomes gray.
Trace a grid over it and print (letter sized is fine).
Trace the same grid on the wall fragment using hard pencil applying low pressure or chalk in a tone similar to the wall’s.
Copy the drawing. It is easier since you are copying areas, not features.
When the sketch is ready, paint the areas in the color and paint you choose.
Depending on the characteristics of your room, your style, and the effect you want to get, you could use black, a solid bright color, or one very similar to your wall’s.

OMV! I want to do that to my walls too X-D unfortunately, the flat is rented, so unless I work on the fake wall (so I can take it with me later!) I won't do it anytime soon.
