It aired on MTV two days before the LA concert according to HYDE's latest diary. I don't know if they're going to air it again or not.

No idea; it's rare that I ever even find a fan site in English. Maybe I'm just bad at Google searching? I don't know. Anyway, there was a site which had some HYDEIST diary translations. Unfortunately, I can't find it again.
