We need to get some Vitamin D into this thread. Srsly, my dr has me on 50,000 IU weekly. :P

I've never met anyone paler than me. >D Sitting out in the sun might make me turn a normal-ish color. That's all a week at the beach does. lol

oh yeah, Vit D is a pallid woman's best friend. that's a serious dosage, do you take it orally or do they have to poke you? i have to take it too, but not nearly that kind of dose. i need a minimum of 1200IU daily. can't imagine what your levels had dropped to.

i will probably die of heat in line, i just rash so bad in sun these days, have to cover up like a mummy or wear 50 coats of spf80+.

Orally, and my level was "3". The dr said she'd never actually seen one so low. So much for being a videogame-playing basement dweller.

i went out saturday to pick up my MV10 and it was the 1st time i set foot outside in a month, no lie. i sometimes think i live under a rock in a deep cave. XD

I'm pretty pale too, but luckily, I don't don't burn. I just tan easily.
I'm worried about the rest of you now, though.
