They should have had a list of names of everyone who participated in the contest so they could have back ups- or better organization with what the contest winners are supposed to do.. like having them meet up front at such and such time.

I hope -J was able to find all the winners :-S imagine if what you say is true and they were notified so late that they didn't know they had won or the mail had gone to SPAM... If that happened to me I'd bang my head on a wall X-O I hope nobody lost the chance to meet VAMPS.

It was scary spending the night in line, some gays that left the Avalon (wen it was in club mode) wanted to screw the person i came with. but the next day was really worth it, i got some awesome merch n Ju-Kens jizz water stuck in my eye xD the performance was so much better than last year but Wiltern was still a better venue for audience. Only complaint... NO KYUKETSU!!!??? Dx Dx Dx

In the mail they gave us directions about what time to be there, what to do at a given time (basically go to the front and find J-san), etc. (and rules we need to follow in order to be permitted to see VAMPS XD)

It's weird that the winners did not appear :/ I told myself that even with high fever I will never miss this opportunity >.<

Maybe they were stuck at the end of the line or something? And couldn't find J-san. I'm scared that such a thing might happen to me *stressed*

I understand your frustration though. I'm sure that VAMPS must have been dissapointed too -.- They chose someone and he/she (not sure how many winners were there for LA) and they did not show up -.-

J went from the front of the line to the very back and kept asking groups of people if they were the winners. He had some sort of paper in his hand which I figured had the names on it. He really did try and you could see his frustration on trying to find these people.

:-( Maybe they got stuck in traffic or were delayed for some other reason? Or maybe they didn't get the mail in time, I mean some people travel days ahead and they might have not easy access to Internet.

i saw that J looked kinda mad! i felt really bad for him! i mean, the winners would have had to show IDs, right? i don't think it would have been a big deal to ask people if they knew any of the people on the paper. if someone tried to fake and say they were on the paper, they'd have to have ID to prove it : ( he looked really frustrated...

on a side note, did you guys see the camera guy get asked for pictures? he looked so happy! X3 and my friends and i got interviewed from that guy! AHHH it was so exciting! :)

I can understand the frustration, but really, they should have notified the winners earlier. I remember something like "two weeks prior to the show", but they sent out the mail only a few days ago, right? Really I don't want to be a winner that learns after returning from the show that he COULD HAVE had the chance ... That's even worse than not winning at all...

I think they haven't announced the result earlier because of the lack of time. Imagine checking every single video and decide a winner, if I'm not wrong there were more than 200 videos in total, and VAMPS are always busy....

Nobody's fault, sometimes these things happen (sadly!).
