Yeah I have to agree o.o I've never seen any of Ju-ken's stuff... I really have no clue about what he has for merchandise...
The link is off of his blog. However, whatever he used to put the merchandise info out there was not human-friendly. It is full of gibberish...at least to us humans. Aliens....now that may be another story.
i'm done with school and back! yippee!
Ju-ken's site is *here* and his merch is under GOODS. And yeah, it is full of gibberish... at least when I look at it on my mac... the Japanese is all garbled but when I was on it from my windows PC, it worked fine... which i find really strange because Ju-ken uses a mac!!

I've used at least 4 different PCs to look at it and it is still gibberish for me. I've heard others say the same thing. Don't know what I am doing wrong as the rest of the site works ok.
However, the thing that I wanted was the VAMPS related Bloody Maria t-shirt and it appears that they are gone, gone, gone.....rats.

when i looked at his site in the past, it seems like it was legible. now all of the japanese is in that gibberish font for me..the one you sometimes see when someone doesn't have kanji enabled on their computer. i don't know how to make it view correctly. and i do have it on my pc. i know i mostly have just looked at his blog or really more commonly just the translation on lj for the past couple of months..laziness on my part. that's a shame.

RE: Ju-ken Merch
Geez, if only they sold Ju-Ken merchandise during the US tour. Seriously, his goods are better than most of the VAMPS goods, especially that BLOODY MARIA shirt =x - And I don't just mean a tad better, I mean... a lot better as much as I hate to say that. Most of the VAMPS tour shirts were just so bland and simple that they were painful to look at. Kind of like the regular VAMPS logo. It's so simple that a Kindergartner could do it on MS Paint. =x - I hope the next few singles will introduce a much more complex design. I mean, it's not exactly important, but I would love to see something OTHER than a naked girl faded behind an extremely simple logo. D: Maybe a picture of HYDE and K.A.Z. perhaps? =/
But the store is also gibberish for me so no hopes for me actually getting anything. The shipping is probably too much anyway >>

He did use the new guitar picks from his site for the USA tour. The one that I got matches the design that is on his goods page.
I would imagine that since he is not an "official" part of VAMPS that it would have been frowned upon for him to have his merchandise here. Even if it was VAMPS related.
I did see one Japanese girl wearing his Bloody Maria t-shirt at one of the shows I went to.
As for the USA VAMPS shirts..... I agree that they were fairly simple. Especially when compared to some of their Japanese counterparts. I really like the black/gray stripes with the big red lips on them. But there are plenty of them out there on auction right now. Perhaps they did not want to invest a lot in the production of them for here since they did not know how they would sell in the US. Silly boys....

Of course. I understand that much. I'm just saying that I would have bought it over the VAMPS merchandise if they had it.

Even the Japanese ones were extremely simple, but much more preferable than the USA ones. What I don't get is why they have to be different based on the country. =x Seriously. Why can't all the tour goods be exactly the same? It won't cost any more or any less.
But, I guess, for most of the right reasons, VAMPS are very paranoid when performing overseas. After the FAITH tour, they still didn't quite realize how popular they were in the US, and as a result, I think they excluded COUNTDOWN and SEASON'S CALL from the US version of FAITH. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that. On THIS tour, they limit the amount of merchandise severely because they don't know if it will be sold enough. And, to be fair, because it would have cost more to transport certain items here.
Perhaps, though, now that this tour is done, they're opening their eyes to see that they are very popular in more than just Japan and will finally open more options available to overseas fans. Like the English HYDEIST that J mentioned last year... =x

Even in Japan the tour goods are not always the same. For example, the daily t-shirts and wrist bands. You had to go to different shows to get different designs. These groups (not just VAMPS) know how to merchandise. And yeah, they probably didn't have a clue that they would sell out of merchandise. Since they didn't sell out at the concerts (NY excepted), they didn't know how many people would show up. I'm sure that they didn't want to face the possibility of having to fly that stuff back to Japan.
We did get a break with our ticket prices. They were dirt cheap. Japanese fans are probably wondering why ours were so low. I had expected the standard 66.60 yen price and was extremely happy with the low price since I was purchasing 3 for each show that I went to.
As for American Hydeist....didn't J run a survey as to how much we would pay? Many people complained about a $60 or so fee saying it was too high. We will not get one with that attitude. Like Tracycoder mentioned, be prepared to shell out $160 at the moment to join what is available. All of a sudden that $60 doesn't seem so bad, does it?

yeah, i agree with the goods deal. but they sold the leftovers from the japan tour online, so instead, they should have made more sold those here... and THEN sell the leftovers :P
and our ticket prices were half of what they are in japan, which was really nice.
As for Ju-ken's goods, apparently, he sold out on his towels at the last USJ live Sunday, so all he has left are the tanks, mens and womens, 2 sizes only. He didn't specify the size on his blog...
i wonder when he'll have a new set ready?

Thanks for letting us know about the goods. He will probably have more made up the next time he does a big tour with someone. Hopefully he will come back with VAMPS next year and we will know to check early on and see what he has available.
God I need to find a decent job...................
