I feel your pain. With the cost of gas and lack of anyone willing to take me, and Japanese bands' (admittedly smart) tendency to hit only major cities with little exception, I may not make it to L'Arc either, especially if the closest available concert location is in New York. I could go for some more VAMPS stuff... but still what I would give to be there to see Anata or Hoshizora or Anemone or Flower or *goes onto list essentially every single L'Arc song* live ;_;

i feel both your pain. i am optimistically saying i'll be there, but what kept me from VAMPS last year, money and health issues, are still a major hurdle. especially as i would need to help at least one of my kids go with me. i regrettably have reached the point i need a keeper at times. realistically speaking, with what i have going on and coming up this year personally, i don't see how it can be done. but i am going to try. i missed Otakon in 2004, HYDE in 2006, L'7 in 2008 and last year. i was blessed to see Hyde and VAMPS in Baltimore, BUT, i really NEED to see L'Arc once in my life. i may not get another chance to try.

if i could just see that WOWOW special next month of the short version 20th shows, i might find some satisfaction or maybe even a major boost to do everything possible to get to a show next year. i have to agree with vegetapr69, "Welll, got almost a year to save...so the race has begun!!! "
