But weren't you afraid that your Japanese audience might not understand the English lyrics? And in this case, because this album is also released in the US, and so some of your American fans may not be able to understand the Japanese?
HYDE: Hmm... It's probably true that some fans may not be able to understand the lyrics, but it’s not really one of my worries. I don't really mind. Sometimes even when I listen to a Japanese song, I don’t understand the lyrics either. So I’m not too worried about that.
I think that's one of hyde's best points. It applies to so much that goes on when fans argue about lyrics. The lyrics are really subjective to what you think they lyrics could mean.
I personally think this is one of the best albums of 2010.

If hyde's listening to even a japanese artist and they say something like, for example:
"My dream is on the top of that mountain."
How does he know what that means? Could it mean the dream is Mt. Fuji? Is there dream to climb Mt Fuji? Is the mountain a metaphor for something? Hyde is only going to interpret it in his own way. Naturally the way we interpret his songs in each and every different way too.
Hyde's lyrics in BEAST I think are really good. When ever I listen to L'Aruku I always wish he was singing in English so I knew what he was saying but when he does it doesn't always mean the song will be better or worst.
I really like 'GET UP' and think it's one of those cool songs which encourage you to do something. I don't think at all that the lyrics suffer in any way. I wish hyde would use this much English on a L'Arc album one day. I don't think tetsuya would let him XD
