Now point me to one example of someone acting "high and mighty (color)" about it? Like I said, it's "wrong" because it gives them no direction. I'm not saying it's not wrong to praise the artist even when they do something that's not their best work. What I'm saying is that it's wrong to offer no feedback in return. Like, I will say "BEAST is good, but the lyrics are horrid." That's just a brief example, of course. But what I'm saying is that it shows where they can improve on and thus gives them further direction.

I wasn't saying it's wrong for people to say it's good because I think it's bad. I'm saying it would be wrong for you--the fandome in general not you in particular--to say it's good when you don't really think so. BUT I do see your point in regards to bashing, but I don't feel that's a problem here. That's more of a problem on YouTube.
