no, you're not the only one that gets lost here :P
It's been a while, but, I'm back
well, I can't go to any of Vamps shows this time due to my critical finantial situation ^^U
but, I love X-japan, also L'arc and X are my top japanese bands and I want to see them live more than anything.
so, if X confirms tour dates I'll do anything to go and see them, because it'll be my last chance to enjoy them live, I'm sure.
While Vamps will be still performing for a while (I hope so)
and well, I already enjoyed Vamps last year, I'd love to see them again, but let's say that now my priority are the bands that I admire and I haven't seen, like L'arc (god! hope to see them next year) and X-japan.
Hope X say something soon, and hope their announcement won't affect Vamps tour (e.g. X-japan starting in NY and ending in LA, last time their plans were to perform in NY)
and if they choose tha option of start in October 2nd, maybe I'll have the chance to see Vamps again... like you mentined, I'll be in town n_n
but honestly hope that X comes to Texas or somewhere near (I live in Mexico, in a frontier state with Texas :P)
I'M A VAMPS and L'ARC ADDICT

I'm confused...I just got home and my family said something about X Japan being on World News o.O
I know it must be true, because my family knew absolutely nothing about X Japan and all of a sudden they're asking me about Yoshiki and X Japan XD

Yes, he was on the news. My mom called me down to watch it.
They said Yoshiki was like the Bono of Japan, massively huge. They listed some things about him (own credit card, hello kitty thingie, race car? not sure). Even though he's not 'famous' here he still got mobbed by fans.
They asked him some questions, like why he was coming to the US ("why not" I think was his answer).
They showed some clips from one of the X-shows (I think at Lollapalooza). And said something about how we had a British invasion so now maybe we'll have a Japan invasion.
And mentioned that X is going on tour this fall.

This is the interview you were talking about ^^! http://abcnews.go.com/WNT/video/japan-rocks-11370738 I went to Lollapalooza and it was amazing! I really encourage anyone to go see them if they are on any of the tour cities when they play. Worth it! I got Yoshiki's drumstick *O*

I don't know...I appreciate X for their influence on JRock etc but it makes it hard to support a band when you see a video like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQ2jpz_4m1g
My friend sent that to me when I linked her the abc news story.......Maybe this will give me a lot of glares from X fans now but I like knowing this kind of stuff...there aren't any videos or stories circulating out there like this about hyde or kaz is there? :x
WILL SOMEONE PLEASE FIND HYDE'S LAMB FOR HIM ALREADY????? DX

If I remember right, Roger from Tainted Reality stated that when he heard he was going to interview Yoshiki, he had that video in mind and was paranoid about Yoshiki being so uptight during the interview, but (again, this is just from my bad memory) it turned out that the video just showed him on a bad day and that he's actually a pretty laid back person. I mean, I guess I can respect that. We all have bad days and we all tend to do stupid things when we're upset.
HYDE even admits that the recording process of a song is downright miserable, so I wouldn't doubt it if he and K.A.Z both have had quite a few spats with the producers and the other staff involved. It doesn't make them bad people, it just shows that they're really concerned about the quality of their music.
Also, thanks so much Usagi for posting the original news story. As blatantly misleading as it was, it was surprisingly a decent segment.

I don't know. I understand being stressed, but that doesn't mean you have to take it out on people...this has really affected me all day because this was exactly how my exboyfriend spoke to me when I was just trying to help him and I don't think people realize how hurtful this can be when it's directed at you........
ugh I put my personal life in there but it's kinda been an off morning :/
