For instance I think that when he performed in the US he did his best to get the lyrics right and worked hard~! but on this DVD (I saw the deep red performance) He hardly tries to work on his pronunciation. Maybe because he's in Japan and they don't care that much?
I honestly didn't notice. I mean, I heard that in Baltimore, he'd completely forgotten the lyrics to VAMPIRE DEPRESSION and only muttered them. I didn't notice when I was there, so yeah. =x - Shows how observant I am.

It makes sense, I think. In America, they have to leave more of an impression. In Japan, everyone knows they're hot, so there's no need to stress themselves out over it. Also, you have to consider that not only does it cost more to transport all the stage equipment, but also they have a much more strict time schedule. In Japan, they can afford to be a few minutes late because they know their fans will be late for them. Overseas, they're not so sure so it's best to keep to a tight schedule.
I meant we got cheated on the L.A DVD in comparison with the Japanese one, I think they were really late in most of the venues except the warped tour. So I don't think they worried about keeping a time schedule when overseas. (I think you didn't get right some things I said or I'm the one confusing xD anyway)

Well, I meant that the monitors, screen effects, lighting etc. are all active factors in their performance. I mean, they can make an awesome live without it, but they definitely know how to make a stage set to their advantage. Unless you're referring to how HYDE's energy levels seems dramatically lower and that we only got ten songs, in which case yeah we definitely got cheated. But watching this, I think that the Japan DVD would have been much better regardless of those two factors.
As for the English, I meant that I didn't notice HYDE's English being any worse in this DVD than in the others, but then I didn't notice HYDE's muttering in Baltimore, so perhaps I'm not the best defender of his English in this case, LOL.

I guess it is like playing HOME or VISITOR. It would be awesome to be able to go to Japan to one of these LIVES, but I heard from a friend that it was not that cool, because despite the fact that the production is much better and they feel comfortable, the audience is rather colder than in occident. (he went to see VAMPS live in Japan)

I think that's one thing that HYDE even praised the US fanbase for: They're more open and easier to see when they're moved. Japanese fans, if I interpreted right, are more introverted. Of course, I don't think that would stop me from loving it. I'm the same way. It takes a real artist like VAMPS for me to scream and jump around like a moron like I did last year.

LOL, I know. But some people love attending the show because of the vibe, the atmosphere created on a venue. I honestly enjoy just the same... as long as I am not being crushed to death by bulky male Metal fans with spiked jewelry X-D

XD Or near children! I mean, I don't mind the children being there, but since VAMPS has a weird way of enticing me to jump around like a mental asylum escapee, I'd be scared of crushing the little children that attend the show X_X

They weren't worried about being on time for us! In Baltimore I believe they where half an hour late to the autograph session ..as for the concert..that might have started late also. I couldn't see the time after we got in there but it felt like we were standing there forever.
I was feeling hot and sick before the show even started!
Yeah....we were waiting inside the club for like, an hour. By the time they were about to come out, my legs were rubber. I was worried I wouldn't be able to stand for the entire show.
After they came out, I didn't feel anything....
I guess that says something about Hyde as a performer....he put us in a trance and made us forget about our ouchies. It's truly not the same as watching a DVD. It's like he makes eye contact with every member of the audience. He's an expert at conveying a feeling, even from a distance.

Yeah. When he climbs up on the monitors, it's like "O shit!"
So awesome.

So awesome.

I'm only 10 minutes into the DVD, and it totally PWNS "VAMPS Live 2009 U.S.A." Money much better spent.... But yeah, that scene in the beginning of "It's Sad" when Hyde climbs up on the speakers....totally awesome.
