Meanwhile, I can't get over how much the girl directly next to hyde looks like Miyavi in drag! It's not, but thanks for putting that thought in my mind anyway, boys. A couple of fanfiction communities ought to be avid about that image.
I tend to think sometimes the sexy girl + VAMPS imagery they've started pushing is meant to say, "Hello, western audiences. We're not gay." And after all those years of inspiring fan service for your very appreciative female followers! It's alright with us if you're prettier than we are, and flirt with each other :D Really! We still know you like girls. ah, sometimes it seems a perfect world!
But maybe it's just attempting to reach out to a male audience.
As we know, many a straight boy has fallen in love for the few minutes it takes for someone to tell him, 'oh, that's a guy.'

, that cracked me up... Now I wanted to check the picture again and I cannot load the page. Is it just my computer/connection or is anybody else having that problem? I only see the black background now and the browser is trying to load one element forever.And as for the image thing... when I told my mother that I want to go to a concert of this Japanese band she wanted to see a photo of them. I showed them the photo on the VAMPS' homepage (the previous one with the girl trying to lick Hyde) and she asked me if this is a man or a woman. With quite a puzzled expression
I pointed at Hyde and asked my mum if she means him and she said "Yes, yes, isn't that a woman?" Must have been the eyeliner and the smoothening of the picture or something. If my mum who never saw older pictures of Hyde before still can think that this could be a woman 
... then we don't have to worry

But yeah, I agree with other posts here. They probably recycle the same models and actors over and over again.
You know, though... I'm kind of annoyed that they couldn't have put in an image that AT LEAST takes up the whole section of the screen. I mean, it just looks so sloppy, like they just copied and pasted it in there with no regards to how it would look.

I like it, the composition is good. Looks like a postcard. I do think they might have got a few pictures with landscape composition for using on the website, but I am satisfied with the image... sort of creepy, though, a mixture of a Marylin Manson PV, Silent Hill and old burlesque pictures :-p I like it! I don't mean any of those things I listed to be a bad thing.

LOL I saw Miyavi dressed like a girl once, I don't mean to offend the girl, she is very pretty, but I think Miyavi is prettier. And ROFLMAO! Yes, the "WE ARE NOT GAY" message pops to my mind too... funny thing that in Japan and for otakus, they have to be heteroflexible and maybe for the rest of the world they wanna be "macho" :-p
