I would say you really have to take care of yourself.
I had no problem to squeeze in to the front for the all concerts I had attended.
Make sure you stretch before and drink enough water before you go in.
(it's difficult to carry water bottles in live house)

I am short and I'm fine~so don't worry~
make sure you know when to leave the crowd if you are not feeling well though.... :)

I went and took a look for you and it looks like the presale is over. it's not even listed on ticketrush anymore. I doubt that it's going to sell out so quickly, but i most likely will have an extra ticket since i can't convince my friend to come from chicago. let me know if you may need it

Sometimes, but I don't think there will be for this... I know with MUCC, it was if you bought from LiveNation you got let in first but... I don't know how this will work. :/ Good question...
