So what did you think of the DVD set?

I enjoyed the set and have no regrets over the purchase. I was lucky enough to get the special bag with it, too.

It certainly brought back a lot of memories. The sound on the DVD was clearer on some of the songs then I remembered. But then it might have been just me as I was so in shock by being there in the first place.

I wish they had included the MCs. I also wish there was more on that second disc! Way too short. I would have liked to seen more of them sight-seeing or just hanging out.

So, despite not selling out completely, it was pretty fucking close.

Who else went to the show? What'd you think of it? I enjoyed it with my dad, and he actually seemed to be enjoying I more than I was. He was falling in love with Ken's amazing solos. The intro was amazing as well, very cinematic. (Won't spoil it for London. Moo ha ha!) Here's the setlist!

Ken's MC fucking KILLED me. I recorded it, I'll upload it and link it here later. He bought Yuki-kins a "Monoporry" board. Wahaha! Then Caress of Venus made me feel like I was tripping on some sort of substance because of all the stage lights and rainbows. (How unxpecting of a band named "The Rainbow" in French.)

Dad was HYPNOTIZED, i emphasize hypnotized, when they played "Forbidden Lover". I turned to look at him, and he was just gazing at everything and nodding. He really loved that song so much. It was the first time he had heard it, and he was just baffled by it. I don't blame him. It's my favorite song because of the percussion in the song. Ugh.

I pretty much made my dad go deaf in one ear from belting out "HONEY" and "READY STEADY GO!" whenever that shit (awesome shit) came on. People did the wave while the encore started. It was cute. Anyone who wasn't standing, was still enjoying the music altogether.

The merch sold out like fucking hotcakes, you guys. We went in there like "HI, TOTES M'GOATS? :D <3" and this guy was like "Sorry, peaches. We ain't got no more of that. You wanna buy a shirt? Great! Here ya go, boo." So I got a black shirt. Very, very cute once I tried it on. I got stickers for my laptop. (GANGSTAAA.) By the end of the show, I went over to the merch table and asked "Are there any totes still in stock?" and the lady awkwardly looked around and said "This one on the wall is the last one... You want it?"

No, please put it back on the wall for someone else to take it.
(Sarcasm, just incase it doesn't transfer well through forums.)

I got some really dirty looks for snatching the last one. Oopthh.

In layman's terms, I'm asking for help, one L'Arc fan to another. I

only just found a job today. And because of that, I haven't any

means to buy an airline ticket to New York. I understand my case is

not unique, there are many L'Arc~en~Ciel fans who would like to

attend this tour, but can't. I'm not asking with the mindset I deserve

to go, so help ME out, even though countless others would appreciate

I'm not really one to organize something like this, so I'm going to try to leave is up to anyone will to participate, but is anyone willing to meet up or or hang out around NY in the few days before the concert? It'd be nice if at least some of us could get to know each other before hand. Anyways, I can't do much more than bring it up since anything I plan usually falls to pieces (I'm reaaaaaaaaally bad at planning things), so I guess I'll leave that part up to you guys. I'm gonna go ahead and make threads on other L'Arc~en~Ciel fansites too, so hopefully we all get to make a few new friends and make are way around NY.

So yeah, if anyone has any ideas, post away.

Could anyone use one more person sharing in room costs, this weekend?
I would be so thrilled!

I'm known to various hardcore VAMPS fans, here, have done some street promotion, in past, and have shared travel and accommodations with several sister fans :D, for different concerts. Hopefully, people can vouch that I'm friendly and easygoing, and certainly trustworthy. It's all about the love of hyde, VAMPS, L'Arc, and fondness for fellow fans, who understand.

Please spread the word, and point me to people who might have space! You know you could use some extra money to spend on concert goods, too.

This is crazy last minute, I know, but try as I could, I just could not sell my ticket and back out of this weekend! I have to see them take Madison Square Garden, in person♥

No joke, the person I was going to attend the concert with had issues arise that she can't get out of. So that leaves me with an extra ticket to the show.

I'm sick of seeing all the over priced tickets on ebay and people coming on to forums asking for more than the cost of the ticket. I don't want my extra to go to waste so here is my offer.

Meet me sometime before the show on Sunday and I will personally hand over the ticket to someone who couldn't afford a ticket. The only thing I'm looking for out of this is to make someone's dream of seeing Laruku come true.

The street team just posted about an advertising initiative to take place in midtown NYC in the following weeks! They need fans to take place in this event!!
