(which was cancelled) :( they looked like they were gonna be awesome shirts, even before hearing about the project, I really wanted to design my own VAMPS T-shirt.. but I don't know how to get the design the
shirt I want, or even which design I want I've never done this before either so.. if anyone wants to share tips or ideas~

What I thought about was maybe a black t-shirt

I've had a few conversations with very few fans of the boys, and they said they weren't too into the way the concert went last time. So to those few people, here's my hype for the concert! Just a little motivational video, not only to convince those fans that prefer not to go, but also to get those already going, (like me), pumped. Because two months is too much time to get yourself excited for the concert. Huh-zah.




I'm also encouraging you guys to make your own ticket videos! Just, show how thrilled you are! It's just a little fun thread to get you all in the spirit of what my dad likes to call, "Vamps Fever". I sat down a few days ago and made a mini-site for the VAMPS 2010 world tour, and I finally got around to uploading and registering its subdomain and with Tokio's permission decided to share it with you guys!

What's the purpose of this site and why the hell am I doing this? Because I'm an obsessed douche and probably need to do something better with my time like hanging out with friends or going shopping? While that may be a very accurate description, it's far from the point. The purpose of this mini-site is to give fans a small, easy site containing everything they need to know about the tour (including dates, venue, and contact info), where to buy merchandise, and a full, or as full as humanly possible, list of all fan promotional activities and fan projects. Not just from the United States, but from all possible nations.

Okay, I know what you're thinking, that's what this forum is for. Simply put, not everyone uses this forum. Furthermore, although street teams and other such groups encourage the participation of all users from around the world to participate, people who don't speak the native language of presenter of the project might find it difficult to participate, let alone know about the projects and promotional tactics. SO what I want to do is make a full base of knowledge of fan projects and fan promotional material from all different nationalities (with the OK from the person presenting them, of course) in English, so that it can spread to a larger audience, thus allowing more people to participate, and hopefully make VAMPS feel more loved when they see the projects for their own eyes!

Also, the VAMPS official website is very flash-oriented, which can be difficult for promoting with the use of a mobile phone or laptop (without high-speed internet connection). This site uses only HTML and two minor JavaScript codes (which act as background operations and therefore will not affect the download speed in any way). So it will make promotion MUCH easier.

My first addition to the site, once I get her permission, is H.P.'s fan book. (EDIT - Added!) If you have any project or promotional material you'd like to submit, feel free to tell me (preferably a download-able version so that I can host it on the site myself; trust me, it just makes things a LOT easier).

To answer some questions right now-
1) VAMPS promotional material includes, but is not limited to, fliers, banners, stickers, H.P. (designer) and Pink.Revolution's (person who had them made) pencils that Usagi Hoshino photographed, etc. It also includes strategies and other forms of advice in regards to promoting.
2) Fan projects refer to things that will be given to VAMPS.
3) On the site, it says that projects that can be put together without the aid of multiple users will not be accepted. I have yet to take that down, but fear not, that is NOT the case! After a bit of thinking, I thought to myself, no! That's not right! Allowing people to submit one-man/one-woman projects will give fans ideas and standards as to what to present VAMPS.
4) Like H.P.'s projects, they must be kept appropriate! I'm sorry, but I will not be accepting nude pictures of yourself licking a blow-up buddy of HYDE with an extremely explicit message underneath. I know that's REALLY tempting. Believe me, I've been there... okay, no I haven't. But please, keep it clean. *shudders* This is only ONE standard by which the term "appropriate" is used. Everyone here, I -assume- is over the age of 13 and fully capable of understanding the concept themselves, so I won't treat you like children and spell it out for you. (For those who are under 13, "it" is spelled "I-T")
5) Feel free to let me know when something is out of date or needs updated. I have a life... shocking, I know... so I can't always be on top of things. So a quick heads-up is always nice.
6) I appreciate all the help and suggestions I can get.
7) I will not be accepting any "CAN I HELP ADMINISTRATE?!" It's a really small mini-site. I don't think I -need- that much help. :X
8) The URL will work both with and without "www."
9) Yes, I am fully aware of the main page's text switching places and am currently working on a fix. For now you're just going to have good eyes and lots of patience. Sorry. =(

This is an opportunity to have your voices heard and to let VAMPS know how much you appreciate all they've done. ANY VAMPS fan is more than welcome to participate, but I highly encourage those who are not going to a VAMPS live to participate. It is also really important that fans all over, from different areas participate. That way, VAMPS can see that they're loved in all parts of the world. ;) VAMPS work hard to create the music that they do. Also, they work extra hard to make their music much more accessible to fans overseas. This fanbook is also being created in an effort to say, "Thanks."


The fanbook will be divided into the following sections: fanart, photography, and messages. Please read on for a description of each section, as well as for submission guidelines.

TRADITIONAL ARTWORK

One section of this book is dedicated entirely to fanart. Fans are welcome to submit drawings, paintings, etc... Inspiration: your love for VAMPS. Do you have some HYDE, K.A.Z, Ju-ken, Arimatsu, or Jin artwork that you'd like VAMPS to see? Were you particularly inspired by a HYDE/K.A.Z/VAMPS song one day and decided to create something? These are just ideas in case you're wondering what I mean by "fanart." I think VAMPS will be really touched to see artwork fans have created as a result of being inspired by VAMPS' music or even by VAMPS themselves.

I am unable to provide an address for you to actually mail me your work, any traditional artwork should be scanned and e-mailed to me.

Scans: one way to submit your work of art is through scanning. Please make sure the resolution of your scan is set to 300 dpi. Otherwise, if it is much smaller than that, it will become very pixelated. If you need help changing the resolution, please send me a message.

Photos: another way to submit a traditional artwork is by taking a photo. If you choose to do so, I recommend taking the photo outside. Natural lighting works best in these instances and will help prevent the photo from coming out too dark.

Size: the fanbook will be 7x7 inches. Works of art can be in any size, but please be aware that they will be scaled down to fit on a 7x7 inch page.

*Please also make sure to include the following information with your submission:

- Title (If there is one.)

- Artist (How would you like me to credit you?)

- Medium (i.e. Did you use pen, pencil, acrylic paint, oil paint, ink, etc..?) Also indicate what you drew/painted the image on (i.e. canvas, paper, etc..)

- Size (What is the size of your submission? I.e. 18 x 24 inches, 7x7 in, etc..)

MESSAGES

This section will consist of fans' message to VAMPS. Messages should be written with the idea in mind that VAMPS may actually read it. So, please try to keep your messages appropriate (you can use your judgment in that regards). Of course, I encourage you to be creative and really express yourself. One section of this book is dedicated entirely to fanart. Fans are welcome to submit drawings, paintings, etc... Inspiration: your love for VAMPS. Do you have some HYDE, K.A.Z, Ju-ken, Arimatsu, or Jin artwork that you'd like VAMPS to see? Were you particularly inspired by a HYDE/K.A.Z/VAMPS song one day and decided to create something? These are just ideas in case you're wondering what I mean by "fanart." I think VAMPS will be really touched to see artwork fans have created as a result of being inspired by VAMPS' music or even by VAMPS themselves.

I am unable to provide an address for you to actually mail me your work, any traditional artwork should be scanned and e-mailed to me.

Scans: one way to submit your work of art is through scanning. Please make sure the resolution of your scan is set to 300 dpi. Otherwise, if it is much smaller than that, it will become very pixelated. If you need help changing the resolution, please send me a message.

Photos: another way to submit a traditional artwork is by taking a photo. If you choose to do so, I recommend taking the photo outside. Natural lighting works best in these instances and will help prevent the photo from coming out too dark.

Size: the fanbook will be 7x7 inches. Works of art can be in any size, but please be aware that they will be scaled down to fit on a 7x7 inch page.

HOWEVER, I have extended the deadline until next week on JUNE 12th. The very, very last day to send your submissions will be June 28th.
