Hey LA-VAMPS-fans!

I just want to have a thread dedicated to our American Street Leader, more specifically in LA, H.P. for all her hard work.

She has dedicated many hours in organizing, promoting, calling, banner-ing, and whatnots for VAMPS and us the fans! She made a banner for VAMPS by herself, and I'm sure many of you have signed it! I'm not able to make a banner for VAMPS because I lack the skills to draw, but H.P. took the initiative and did it herself! And the banner turned out GRRRRREAT! Her hard work shouldn't go unnoticed!

H.P. has also been very friendly to the people in line and took care of those who were in need.

Some of us are not able to thank her in person nor could we actually send her anything physical. If anything, a nice, thoughtful comment is nice.

H.P. if you're reading this, give yourself a pat on the back!

If any of you know someone who contributed a lot of hours for VAMPS and the fans, please start a thread for them! They really deserve it for their hard work! Thanks!

It is over and now back to reality.......sigh.
The show was awesome. The set list was pretty close to the last three shows. My only complaint was that the music tended to drown out Hyde at times.
The roses were back on Hyde's mic stand and he tossed a few to the audience at the end of the show. They only did two songs for the encore instead of three.
There was an opening band, the Exies and Ju-ken was dancing along with the music at the back side of the stage.
The Wiltern had a drop-down screen over the stage and people could text messages up on it so that was entertaining. Lots of Hyde comments to keep people laughing.
The mc was pretty much a standard of they were glad to be in L.A. and America. He also said that they would be back. Yay!!!
Am exhausted and sad that it is over.......off to find something to eat.

My friend called me at the last minute and said she had to go back to Mexico due to a family issue so now I have ONE extra ticket..

I'm in desperate need of a room to share, for the L.A. signing and concert. I've found transportation there, but don't know where I'm staying like, tonight (and Saturday night)!!

Please help me out! I did street team promotion in Seattle, joined by mikaelaysabelle07, and met some great new friends, during the hours in line, at Seattle and Portland shows. I'm in touch with some some of those people now. I hope they'd all say I'm a decent person to hang out with. But no one I know is able to get to L.A..

I can help with a little money, for room share - maybe a third or fourth of the cost, I'm not sure the rates.

Hey everyone, just like to contribute back to the forum. My buddy Calvin and I went on ahead today to The Wiltern for a practice run and check the place out as well as what are around The Wiltern. We figured it will be helpful to some people who might not arrived until the day of and doesn't know what to expect. Special thanks to forum user The Shockstar for pointing out Ralphs which got me the idea of taking pics around the area.

CVS Pharmacy right across the street if anyone need some Tylenol incase of a headache.

Korean Restaurants/Vietnam Restaurant

Like The Shockstar mentioned, there is a Ralphs that is ridiculously close! So you guys can hide in there for awhile if it gets too hot. (just make sure you have one of your friend stay in line)

A Sizzler is right around the corner. After Concert Dinner?

Denny's which is on the side of The Wiltern.

McDonald's for all you cheap people. Dollar Menu. (i will be there lol) It's located right behind Ralphs, across from Sizzlers

Inside the Ralphs, there is a Wells Fargo(incase you need to withdraw money) and a Coffee Bean for those coffee-lovers. Also there is a Chase bank right across from CVS.

Parking price. Can anyone update me on how this works? My friend and I plan to be there around 8am. We dont know if it will be open by then and if it will cover the entire day. which is til 12am ish. lol

VAMPS! Sorry for such a bad angle.

Most likely we are going to line up here. That way, the line won't block store entrances. I'm not sure... perhaps someone else knows?

The autograph/meet 'n greet session is on a "first come, first serve" basis. ONLY fans who have PURCHASED tickets to either the San Diego OR Los Angeles show(s) can attend. As far as I am concerned, at this time, there will be no "separate line" for the meet 'n greet. Which is to say that if you're in line early for the concert, you'll get to meet the band. I'm not sure at this time of any more specific details such as how many people will be able to meet the band. They will try to fit in as many people as possible for the autograph session. The session will only be an hour long, so however many people they can get in within that time frame will be able to get an autograph. Make sense? I hope so...Good luck and have fun to those who will attend the show/autograph session!!

*RULES:
1. NO PHOTOGRAPHY! It sucks, but they want to keep the line moving as quickly as possible, so as to give as many people as possible the opportunity to meet VAMPS.

2. ONLY fans who have purchased tickets to the Los Angeles or San Diego concert(s) can attend. That's to say, only those with proof of purchased physical tickets (i.e. receipts or the ticket itself), print-outs, or print-outs that have the LIVENATION barcode on them can attend the event.

3. Contest winners, those who are on a "guest list," "VIP list," or were given press invites CAN NOT attend the autograph session. Contest winners of any kind, unfortunately, are unable to attend the autograph session.

4. ONLY VAMPS merchandise can be autographed. Goods such as: VAMPS CD's, Monthly VAMPS magazines, VAMPS Live 2008 DVD, VAMPS t-shirts, VAMPS bags, etc...Any HYDE/HYDEIST/non-VAMPS merchandise WILL NOT be autographed. Also, if you currently do not own any VAMPS merchandise, they will be selling VAMPS merch while you are in line.

5. This rule isn't listed on VAMPS' official MySpace blog, but I thought that this might be good to mention anyway. Please be courteous to your fellow fans! Remember, an hour can go by very, very quickly. Please keep your comments to VAMPS short, so as to give other people the opportunity to meet them. Don't take away someone else's chance of meeting VAMPS simply because you decided to tell VAMPS your life's story. I mean, we are all excited about this opportunity and it truly is a once-in-a-lifetime deal, but please refrain from chattering away and holding up the line. It's not cool. Also, please be respectful to VAMPS themselves. I don't think they'd appreciate if you started asking them very personal questions or making comments about their personal lives. I know this stuff is common sense, but I thought I'd post this anyway.

I managed to evade the urge to chase the band down the coast after the Seattle and Portland shows, but... damnit. I'm trying to scrape together the means to do this show.

I've changed my ideal plans slightly. So, I have friends who are going to San Diego but I know no one going to L.A. - would anyone be willing to uhh, let me hitch a ride in exchange for gas money contribution, maybe? Hang out for the show? I kind of have an additional favour to ask. I'm Australian and I need to get to the consulate to renew my passport, which is totally my excuse for heading south, so if anyone might also be willing to come on an adventure with me during the week, that would be cool, haha. I have spent time in L.A. on my own before but I had more financial room for error, so to speak, and I'm prone to getting lost.

Also ideal: I'd prefer to be able to get back down to San Diego because two one-way flights are working out more expensive than a single return right now. Not necessary, of course, but... it would be the best possible scenario if someone was heading back that way.

I bought tickets for the LA show not knowing that VAMPS were also gonna perform in SF (which I went to tonite, IT WAS GREAT!!) I don't think I will be able to afford going to another show so soon again, and LA is kindda out of the way.

So like I'm wondering just how much merchandise it's going to be left over for the fans in L.A. I forgot which thread in here I read this (maybe in the Baltimore show, I might be wrong) that all the T-shirts were sold out?

I'm really curious because I wanted to buy merchandise the day off the signing session. I'm hoping there are CDs and tote bags left over...

For those of you who have attended the shows so far and the meet and greet, were there enough merchandise for the West Coast? lol...I guess we'll hear from San Francisco soon.

Soo i got the free vip tickets from the anime expo and i'm kinda confused on what my privileges are..i know that i can't attend the autograph sessions and stuff, but where will i be seated? Will i be standing in the front or on the balcony? What if i don't want to be in the front cuz i dont want to die x.x..[sorry, it's my first concert & i'm a newbie about concerts >.<"]

K so i am going to the LA concert but
the only way i can go is if i have someone stay with me
or let me stay at there hotel just till my parents can pick me up

see my brother has to work on that day
till 5:00 to 10:30 and it takes two
hours to get to LA so they wont be abel to
pick me up till around 12:00 or 1:00 in the morning
and my dad doesn't want me to stay in LA by myself that late in LA
so if i cant find some one to help me
i cant go to the concert in LA

so if anybody is willing to stay or let me stay with them
just till my parents pick me up
i would really really appreciate it

For those that don't know, Anime Jungle is a Japanese goods store, which is located in the Little Tokyo district of Downtown L.A. In addition, if you purchase your tickets at Anime Jungle, you'll receive a free VAMPS poster. Isn't that pretty cool? Tickets will be on sale for $30!

Behavior for the Los Angeles Show...

Hey there! How's it going everyone? Well, I am sure that you all have heard about all the crap that happened at the show in New York. I am posting this thread to inform you that such behavior WILL NOT be tolerated at the show in Los Angeles. I'm not trying to scold you or sound like your mother. However, what happened in New York was absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary! We all have the right to enjoy the VAMPS concert without having to worry about being crushed or trampled to death.

The Wiltern is VERY strict with their security. Only a limited number of people are allowed into the pit area. Furthermore, people acting stupid at the show in L.A. will be kicked out - no questions asked. There will be security at the stage, and as well as several locations within the venue. No camping outside of the venue is allowed. They have security that patrols the outside of the venue, so they will make you leave if you are camped out in front of the building.

Please everyone, let's enjoy this concert and have fun! Please think about your safety, as well as the safety of others. Remember, all it takes is just for one person to screw everything up, so if you see someone causing trouble, report that person to a security guard IMMEDIATELY. Furthermore, there will also be L.A.P.D officers inside of the venue as well. Some of you may already know that L.A.P.D officers may not always be very nice.

Again, please enjoy yourselves and act responsibly!

Hydeist/Vampaddicts let's meet in LA

Hi, I've been a Hydeist/Vampaddict for some time now and for a while I was thinking wouldn't it be cool for us overseas to meet up as well as members from Japan and elsewhere. I am only going to the LA show but I thought it would be nice for all of us to meet at the venue or something like that for pictures and to meet each other in person.

So I think the appropriate question would be be...

Who's a Hydeist/Vampaddict around here and do you guys want to meet up there?
