I know we're probably going to be inn line for a while, so I did't want anyone to be bored.

I honestly don't know if this would work or not, but, I have a practice amp I could bring with me, and I thnk I can hook it into my Ipod along with a microphone and we could do some sort of like Karaoke(well without lyrics infront of them) up and down the line to keep people cheerful, possibly dancing, whatnot.

I would want to know before hand because amp + plane...yea..plan ahead and all that.

Since the show is only a matter of days away, I was thinking maybe now would be a nice time to confirm all uncertainties? Like the best times to get in line, if there really is a law against lining up early in Baltimore, and what we plan to do while in line and after show? ... Also, is the autograph signing before or after? D=

If I lived in Japanese Land, then this wouldn't be so difficult. :< *lulz, insensitivity*

I'm pretty sure the autograph signing is at 2pm which is before the concert.

While waiting in line we'll have a banner, thank you card, and fanbook to sign. Other than that just lots of chitchatting with friends and people around you. We'll probably eat lunch while we're out there so it might turn into an urban picnic.

And wtf?! 93?! hmm.. but I might bring an uchiwa, so it might not be too bad... T.T But if it's humid and the uchiwa won't do crap to cool me down, then I also might bring this cooling mist thing that's in a can...think Evian makes them too..

Oh and think it would also be a good idea to tie your hair too, especially if you're trying to see the band up close. ugh...my hair was a poofy mess in the end XDD; So if you don't want your hair pulled and whatever, I suggest tying it into a proper ponytail or 'faux' bun. Saw lots of girls with messy ponytails, and after the first two songs, it wasn't a pretty sight >.<

And to stay somewhat on topic, do you think the band will accept gifts at the Sonar signing? Like, do you think if I handed it to them in person while they're signing my cd, it'll be ok?

I just got my hair chopped off last Wednesday, so it's too short to put up XD But it will help me stay cool. (maybe a little too short though =/)

I'm also thinking of wearing a bikini top with a light white cover shirt, to help me stay cool. Lots of sunscreen and maybe some water rub on myself every now and then. I'm hoping we'll be in the shade.

Did you carry anything with you to NY show? If so, how did you manage it all? I don't want to have to hold stuff during the concert, but at the same time I kind of want to bring eye drops (in case contacts bother me), water, sunscreen. Money I can carry in my pocket, but not the other stuff.

They might let you hand them gifts as long if you're quick. Staff members will be right there with them so if the band won't/doesn't take it then you can try handing it to a staff member.

I've been watching the forecast for the past week and the temperature for Thursday keeps going up (it originally said 84°, now says 94°! ). They can't seem to decide whether it's going to be stormy or sunny, though.

I'm going to bring a little $1 portable fan that I got at Wal Mart, as well as water, sunscreen, and an umbrella. I'm bringing a fold-out chair, too. We're driving there, so we can put everything in our car before we go into the show. I've got long, dark, curly hair, though, which is probably going to make me miserable I hate hot weather...

Lawl, the temperature doesn't really bother me that much because even if the temperature is in the late 70's, I have to drink an abhorrent amount of water to keep hydrated =x - My only concern is having to go to the bathroom and then coming back to find someone had stolen my place in line =x

U SUK. The messy hair is probably the best part of the concert. It's like he sexed us up and showed us a good time, thus making a sem-decent amount of the fans totally gay D=

^If you ask someone next to you to hold you place then you should be able to run to the bathroom no problems.

A lot of people don't really stand in 'line' they stand/sit in little groups kinda in line. So when you get back just rejoin your spot.

Since I bought stuff after the show, it was ok..but then the consequence of doing that was I couldn't buy any t-shirts I honestly don't know how anyone (if there were) who wasn't at the balcony bought stuff before the show and didn't get it smooshed

There were people who brought camping chairs, but of course they couldn't bring those in.. Also saw loads of people with backpacks and large messenger bags, but they probably went to the balcony.. I think as long as you're not bringing a DSLR camera or anything too bulky it'll be fine
