I had read about a few people saying it was difficult finding parking, and that the area was so busy and that added to the difficulty. Maybe it depends on the event that's going on. I don't imagine a bunch of VAMPS fans to be assholes though. The show at the Wiltern was problem-free for me. I'm really glad to hear your previous experience had no parking problems, though! Thank you!

no matter what, brace for some douchebag fans ^.o ; even at the Wiltern, one asian girl, who showed up late, apparently cut one person far in front of the line and when that person complained to her, the cutter straight out yelled at him; i felt bad :( so dun get jolly, cause some fans will take advantage of that

if you're saving a spot for your friend, it's best to let people know ahead of time so there wont be any confusion.

yeah thats a good idea.
There were alot of issues last year with people pushing in or saving spots for a 'number' of people.

Well, it's best to save like one or two spots. Not like saving for a group of 10 lol. It is unfair since the people did stand in line for HOURS while some can come whenever they feel ready just because they have a spot saved. Make sure you have a good reason for saving a spot for your friend. Last year at the Wiltern, the guy in front of me told me hes saving a spot for his friend because she had work, so it's understandable.

Oh no, I don't expect everyone to be really awesome and for there to be no problems. I meant like, compared to people who go to the Avalon for clubibng and whatnot. :3

My sister and I are going, so it shouldn't be a problem if one of us run off to do or get something sometime during the wait in line, right? One of us will always be there. xD We did that while waiting in line at the Wiltern and that didn't seem to pose as a problem. If both of us had to go together for some reason, our dad held our spots and nobody seemed to complain about that. Hope that'll be acceptable at this show too. O_O

ohh yeah i totally agree with you. 1 or 2 i think is fair, but not like a massive group. That happened at one of the shows i went to last year, someone decided they would get their whole group up to the front cause they had a spot saved or found someone they knew and were allowed in.
This caused a bit of scene cause people had been waiting there for HOURS and then some people rocked up just before autographs. Its not fair on others.
Some girls saved my spot in NY and let me go back to the hotel to have a bit of a sleep cause i was so badly jetlagged. They were quite happy to do that for me and even insisted it.

so yeah just like others have said, as long as you let the people around you know and not allow a heap of people in, it would be fine by most fans~

That's usually what I do. It's like this...

As long as you aren't taking advantage of people wanting to just have a good time then you're cool. Last year at Dir en grey the girls in front of me got there ten minutes before me and stayed in line for maybe an hour or two at the most then they went to their hotel to sleep then never did they come back until we where entering the House of Blues. They got screwed over and ended up way in the back because they came back too late not to mention everyone at the front of the line got cut by about 30 people... BUT WHAT DID THEY EXPECT? They were going to "claim" their spot for 2 minutes and then come back a whole day later and get back in front of me.
And I HATE when people have groups of 10+ people who just casually show up at the last minute because they didn't want to sit in a boring line all day.
Last year when I had friends with me at a few concerts while in line we would take turns walking around. I don't think the people behind us paid any mind as long as someone was always holding the spot.

I think the point is just not to take advantage and you'll be okay. It's all about common curtesy.

u think security wouldn't mind a possible fight in line?? or should we avoid those? x3 i mean cutters CAN get frustrating especially in those situations, n wats there to do if u went above for ur spot and those d-bazs wont move Dx
