Curious, did he actually say he's the international manager? Because I thought he was just a manager and does the same stuff as the other managers. He just so happens to also speak English so he's the one that speaks to us.

I didn't/don't think he's specifically geared toward international market. I think he does international stuff when the band has international stuff planned, and he does Japanese stuff when they have Japanese stuff planned.
