Behavior for the Los Angeles Show...
Hey there! How's it going everyone? Well, I am sure that you all have heard about all the crap that happened at the show in New York. I am posting this thread to inform you that such behavior WILL NOT be tolerated at the show in Los Angeles. I'm not trying to scold you or sound like your mother. However, what happened in New York was absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary! We all have the right to enjoy the VAMPS concert without having to worry about being crushed or trampled to death.
The Wiltern is VERY strict with their security. Only a limited number of people are allowed into the pit area. Furthermore, people acting stupid at the show in L.A. will be kicked out - no questions asked. There will be security at the stage, and as well as several locations within the venue. No camping outside of the venue is allowed. They have security that patrols the outside of the venue, so they will make you leave if you are camped out in front of the building.
Please everyone, let's enjoy this concert and have fun! Please think about your safety, as well as the safety of others. Remember, all it takes is just for one person to screw everything up, so if you see someone causing trouble, report that person to a security guard IMMEDIATELY. Furthermore, there will also be L.A.P.D officers inside of the venue as well. Some of you may already know that L.A.P.D officers may not always be very nice.
Again, please enjoy yourselves and act responsibly!
Much VAMPS-love,
Heather

Nice to know people won't get crushed.
About the no camping (not that I was planning on it) I heard that people were in line for 3 days before JRock Revolution. How did they manage that?

RE: Behavior for the Los Angeles Show...
The thing is people should just use common courtesy! I cannot believe the amount of crap I've heard went on at the NYC show. Is it really necessary to punch, hit, kick, push, shove etc? NO! That is just being down right rude. And I've even heard of a girl's hair getting pulled and some ripped out. THAT IS BEYOND WRONG! What is wrong with people?! I understand it's exciting, I understand it fully but doing bodily harm to another human being ON PURPOSE is low and uncalled for. I hope that all the other shows are not as rude and unpleasant. This is supposed to be a fun time for everyone and when someone is in agony over getting hit or pushed, how can they even enjoy the show? As for the L.A.P.D. I think it is a good thing to have them there to make sure A). If alcohol is served no minors get it. B). If the crowd gets out of hand or there is something stolen it can be reported and C). if anything starts getting too physical it can be handled appropriately. While yeah L.A.P.D. may not be too "nice" it's their job to not be nice. They aren't there to spread pretty rainbows and happy faces, they are there to do their jobs, as with any other P.D.

RE: Behavior for the Los Angeles Show...
Yeah I heard the NY show was insanity. I mean isn't that what mosh pits are for? If you wanna go do that go make a pit don't stand anywhere and make everyone else suffer. Also hearing stories about people fainting cause of how insane it got is just scary. I would be mad if I went to the show and missed out on it cause people crushed me so bad or knocked me out.
I agree with the no camping thing. It's not fair for people who come out of town (like myself and many others). It's also illegal cause it's a form of loitering. So it makes sense why cops would make you go home.

RE: Behavior for the Los Angeles Show...
Wiltern will let everybody see VAMPS close-up as it's really small, but I don't care for the place myself, wish they had booked HOB instead, anyhow they'll let people start to line-up 1-2 hrs ahead of schedule, LA locals often park in a parking garage up the street behind the venue and just hang there early . As for the policing of the event it is normally pretty tight there, so you won't see what happened in NY despite all the pycho fans ready to explode . The floor is really cramped there like sardines .

Yes, I definitely agree. Furthermore, security at The Wiltern have already been notified of the incidences that happened in N.Y.C. Thus, what happened in New York had better not happen in L.A.

RE: Behavior for the Los Angeles Show...
After reading all that went on in New York, I'm glad that this kind of behavior will not be permitted at the LA show. Let's just be nice to others and behave ourselves so that everybody can enjoy the concert to the max~!

RE: Behavior for the Los Angeles Show...
lol but crowd surfing sounds fun. I wish hyde would crowd surf here, but it's probably a rule that is not allowed for musicians to do that either at The Wiltern.
