RE: So how'd it go?

don't feel like signing up for this forum, but....

just came back from the live,
i can say that the actual show, concerning music, was really good
before i thought the interactions and movements of the members would be boring and that ju-ken would only be the excited one, but i think the band looked good together. Hyde did better than I though he would
on the other hand, i personally think the fans were too obsessed, all they cared about was getting front row. although its a tempting to be front row, tonight was insane. I was one person away from being front row, but i was squished between a 6'4 tall man and some hide girl. I left the crowd before the 1st song ended and watched from the back
it's nice watching from the back, you get to see the whole band and the crowd reactions
surprisingly, seattle interacted well. people were pretty pumped during the live
Overall, pretty good

the MC I remember clearly was Hyde saying he liked the trees in seattle
haha

my fav songs played live were:
countdown
dolly
sweet dreams
hideaway

for people who haven't been to the live yet,
you can't bring cameras
personally requested from the band, apparently
look forward to Ju-ken, he is amazing :)

And in the first mc hyde also said that he was jet lagged.
And the second mc also mentioned how beautiful he thought Seattle was and then repeated his statement in Japanese. It was cute >.<
It was an awesome show and my ears are still ringing. Autograph session was not so well organized but I'm happy I got to meet them and shake their hands. hehe.
Thanks for helping me
Yeah that was weird... I remembered IT'S SAD came after SBRnR but I somehow dropped it and the jetlag comment too, but I to~tally had forgotten about his breaking out into song and japanese! Thank you!!

He was so cute when he broke out into song hahahahaha

are you ready?
oops! mistake.
ARE YOU F**KING READY?!

(JIN does a solo intro for one of the follow three, I think... I can't remember which one...)
SECRET IN MY HEART
JESUS CHRIST
EVANESCENT
COUNTDOWN
DOLLY
HUNTING
HIDEAWAY
VAMPIRE DEPRESSION

Ju-ken solo with upright bass
SWEET DREAMS
LIFE ON MARS?

TROUBLE
LUCY IN THE SKY WITH DIAMONDS

ENCORE
LOVE ADDICT
COSMOS
MIDNIGHT CELEBRATION

I just stuck the last two songs before the encore at the end b/c I can't remember where they go.... and I dunno where the 2nd MC goes so I'll just write it at the end... SOMEBODY HELP ME, PLEASE!!

MC 2
(I can't remember his exact words b/c it was kinda long, but here's a summary:)
I like Seattle
There are lots of trees
and Orcas (he had to say it like 5 times to get it across to us that he was trying to say "orcas" his pronunciation wasn't very good :()
and salmon (my friend said he mentioned salmon but i didn't catch it)
and you have ICHIRO
Very cool

The show was awesome!
JU-KEN did a lot of interaction with the audience,
K.A.Z did his awesome guitar spinning trick that he does in I GOTTA KICK START NOW twice in the beginning.
HYDE and K.A.Z spun around a lot too center stage
I couldn't really get a good view of Arly and JIN b/c HYDE and K.A.Z were in the way lol

AND what made me really happy was that during S B Rn'R and HIDEAWAY, the audience chanted back! I was a little worried.... but I did have faith in everyone! There was lots of singing throughout the concert from the audience which again, made me thrilled!

The autograph session went pretty well too, from my point of view, except for the time the staff messed up the line and split it in half so it wouldn't wrap around the block.... some people who came later started lining up in the first line around the block instead of lining up in the second line that went infront of the venue... but i still got an autograph so I won't complain anymore.

VAMPS are probably now going to start heading their way to Portland.
Hopefully, they won't be too tired from this concert plus the jet lag... poor fellas...

PRETTY MUCH, JUST EFFING AWESOME!!!
I LOVE 'EM ALL!!!!

OMG Thank you I can finally (try to) sleep tonight! Thanks for the set list. They seem to play Sex Blood Rock n Roll near the beginning a lot. It sounds like it was amazing! No crazy moshing or such?

Thanks again for alleviating out thirst for knowing what happened!
I stood on K.A.Z's side almost at the end and there wasn't any moshing there... I had a lot of room to breathe and dance! but I wouldn't know about the center....

OH YEAH, as for merch, I dunno if they had T-shirts in the first place, but if you want one, you should get it BEFORE THE SHOW. They had none at the end, so I bought a bag, all 3 wristbands, and photobook. They also still had the album and bottle openers.

RE: So how'd it go?

We just got home (drove back to Portland) and I am almost completely comatose. I need to go pass out so I can do it again tomorrow!!
The show was *awesome*. I was right in front of K.A.Z. through most of it, and 2nd from the front.
There were no t-shirts. We got in near the very beginning and there were none to begin with. I hope there's some at Portland...
Yeah I bought a tote bag, tour pamphlet, one of each wristband, and a bottle opener - pretty much everything they had (minus the CD).

The autograph session was amazing :D

Oh yeah HYDE ripped his jacket! He had like a thin long-sleeved jacket on the whole time and by the end, the sleeve was ripping off of the rest of it at the shoulder.

Seriously this was about the most fun I've ever had. I can't wait to do it again tomorrow in my home town.
