Good shopping services (that I know of): Tenso and Celga. It cost me $147 for the shirt, pamphlet and iPhone case on Celga. I think they may be a little more expensive than Tenso, but they order the goods for you, so you don't have to worry about filling it out yourself.

I like Celga and that is who I use. Their fees will kill you though. I'm not even sure what some of them are for. Like the mark-up fee for the yen.

However, you have no choice if you live outside of Japan. So I just grit my teeth and bear it.

I've actually used 3 different deputy services in the past and they all have screwed me over in one way or the other. But at least with Celga, like you said, they do all of the ordering for you. And it shows up. You just pay through the ying-yang all of the time.
