Maybe don't ask 'when' they'll be released but what time. Say they're supposed to be for sale at noon but they haven't released yet and you want to know why.

Even though we don't really have much information if you pretend like you know what's going on then maybe they'll be more specific.

(i'm sorry to intrude) i've been wondering, if it's 9:30 am in hawai'i now, what time is it on the west coast? do you have daylight savings time still? we don't use it so i'm a little confused about time differences at the moment. thank you, i don't want to miss those tickets if they go onsale at a specific time! :-)
