^ I think it's half in half. I can't meet up the day before cause I'm traveling with someone else who isn't going to Vegas for the concert like me and they're paying my way; so they don't want to feel like I'm ditching them for concert stuff all the time. The day of the concert I can dedicate completely to the concert and meet up with people afterwards and that's pretty much it.

To settle all plans of meeting up somewhere ill put up a poll the first week of July. is tht ok with everyone?

A poll sounds like a good idea! Can you do it so that people can select more than one option if they are available for more than one meet up? or is that stupid? Should everyone only select their favorite idea?

What are the current available meet-up suggestions?

Karaoke the day before
Pre-show waiting in line party
Post-show after party
-dinner?
-karaoke?
-...both?
(if post-show after party is selected, should there be a second poll to figure out what to DO at the after party?)

I think plan two meet ups. Maybe make two threads. One for the day before and one for right after the concert. And if you can make both then just keep track of both threads. If you can only do one or the other then keep up in the thread that applies to you. I don't think we have to just do one meet up. That's kind of not fair to the people that can't make it to the karaoke. Kinda feels like, "well the majority can make karaoke so too bad for those of you that can only meet up after the concert". Not saying anyone said that but you know what I mean.

I think everyone should do what they want. Regardless of the poll, there will be people that will make a plan to get together before the concert, then good for them and also for those getting together after the concert. We could always open two threads like the previous poster said ^^. It doesn't have to be an "official street team" thing. Just a bunch of people getting together and having fun.

Sounds fun I need to keep up with whats going on ^_^

i just got an idea: maybe we should all get some name tags and write our usernames on it? i think that would be a lot easier to help find people ^^
