I was listening to "Fate - Everybody Knows" by L'Arc En Ciel the other day, and my dad pointed out that the chorus is very similar to the chorus of "Running Up That Hill" by Kate Bush, or also the Placebo version if that's the version you've heard.
Never really noticed that. Anyone find anything similar in any other songs too?

RE: Weird.
OMG! Good thread here *__*
Actually, I was listening the Tierra album and the song Blame suddenly sounded like a latin [Spanish] song in the late 90's...I don't remember the song name or the artist, but what I recall is the sound and some parts like "la culpa..." [the blame] it's still on my mind...but if anyone knows be my guest.
But I would like to know the most is that if the song 'that sounds like L'Arc' came before or after L'Arc released theirs...that would be like the main reason to say 'hey mainstream media, L'Arc has inspired some mainstream hits you know...'
"...because I'll always feel you in me"

For some reason Alone en la Vida reminds me of Coldplay...but I have no concrete basis for forming that connection...

Yeah those titles are similar but there's also something about the arrangement of the song that is very Coldplay-esque....imo anyway...
