Since the first SET LIST for Japan has been released and the shows are happening, I started to wonder what would I like to listen in MY show.

The first set list goes like this:

What would you change/add/remove for the concert you're atending?

As much as I love a good performance of IT'S SAD, I would either omit that with something different or at least move it to a later part of the set list. I mean, it's been the second song in every set list since 2008 (perhaps even 2006, because I think the US portion of the FAITH tour had a set list with a similar layout to VAMPS LIVE 2008). I mean, it's a great song and especially great live. I continue to watch the VAMPS LIVE 2009 performance of it over and over again, but if it's going to be the second song all the time, then the setlist becomes inevitably predictable.

I'd also remove COUNTDOWN (which is also an amazing song) with HELLO and switch HUNTING to take place before that. Next, I'd replace SEX BLOOD ROCK N' ROLL with HIDEAWAY. TROUBLE could be replaced with EVERGREEN or JESUS CHRIST. Finally, I think I'd replace MIDNIGHT CELEBRATION with UNEXPECTED as I'm sort of tired of the former.

I'm actually sort of disappointed in the set list. I was hoping for an all new experience, not the same exact thing but with the new songs filled in the blanks. I am, however, glad to see they've started performing 20 songs instead of 19. Even numbers are so much more pleasing to the ear.

Interestingly, I didn't notice until you pointed it out that KYUKETSU wasn't on the setlist. That's disappointing.

Oh but don't worry, the set list changes along the shows, it might be included still... I hope for Chile to have it xD

What a horrible setlist of the first show. I'm sorry people but I am getting really really sick of Midnight Celebration, It's Sad, Countdown, Hunting, Trouble and IGKSN. I hope whatever show gets recorded for the DVD, will at least finish with UNEXPECTED. I mean next year there probably won't be any VAMPS activity(pretty damn sure actually) and that song seems to be the perfect ''goodbye'' song for the time being. Midnight Celebration is so overdone now. And for the love of God, Season's Call should ALWAYS be on the setlist. One of the songs that made Hyde more popular overseas and imo miles and by far his best work. I was really dissapointed about the Budokan Live DVD. The setlist was mostly really bland compared to the USJ final ones for example.

I won't make a setlist of my own. I'll just say that if long as Season's Call, Unexpected and Glamorous Sky are on the lists, I'm a happy camper. I really hope J reads this and takes this into account XD Sorry for being such a pessimist people, it's just that because I can't attend any show I hope that the final DVD will at least have an awesome setlist.

While I agree with mostly everything you say, you do realize that J doesn't determine the set list, right? HYDE and K.A.Z are the ones that determine the set list. The most J could do is offer them the suggestion.

It's really hard to come up with the setlist since we have yet to listen to BEAST. I'm sure 2010's setlist will contain all, if not, most of the songs in the BEAST Album because they, for some odd reason, like to omit one song from the album for concerts.

I would like for them to perform HELLO at the west coast this year. And bring back some older songs from 666 and perhaps have a song from ROENTGEN and distort it. I would die if they played SHALLOW SLEEP or I'm So Happy at a concert. lol But yeah I would like to see:

And like some have mentioned already... VAMPS really got to stop playing IT'S SAD, MIDNIGHT CELEBRATION, COUNTDOWN, HIDEAWAY, LUCY IN THE SKY WITH DIAMONDS. As good as those songs are, I would like to hear some other ones live. These ones are waaaay overplayed and has appeared on DVDs numerous time.

Have to disagree D= I love TOO DAMN MUCH It's Sad, Midnight Celebration, Hunting (Hunting I listen everytime when I have a flight, when the airplane is leaving the ground, OMFG so amazing!)... I want to hear that live, right in front of me, sooo much! It's gonna be my first VAMPS Live, I need to live it!

But I also would LOOOOOVE deeply to listen to Fruits of Chaos and I'm so Happy *-*
