RE: Tickets?
Hi, there.
I refered to [HYDEIST] about USA tour.
They just say that they will announce about it there as soon as details are decided.
I hope it will be very soon because I have to book the hotel and flight to get there.

You just made my day ^ ^
~that kinda sucks though, VAMPS deserve more love than that, what is wrong with people
Probably finances....it is not as if people do not want to attend....it is hard to afford the trip if you do not live close to the venue. I personally would LOVE to go to San Francisco. But I am out of ideas on how to get there financially. It is just not going to happen....sob. Plus I am paying for 3 people each time which makes it harder.
Also...there are only 165 registered members on this form...as of now. There are thousands on the VAMPS MySpace. I'm sure many of them would be going if they could.
Just my thoughts.....
^^ I know what you mean, but I didn't mean it like that. I mean people who haven't listened to hyde or L'Arc~en~Ciel or Vamps and never will just because they're japanese. I just wish it was easier for people to get to listen to music from other countries too and for the bands to become well known. I mean it's HYDE and he can't sell out a show with 500 tickets in a city of hundreds of thousands of people just because it's here in the U.S.
I understand we all know who they are, but the U.S. populous doesn't. You go up to any random person here in the U.S. and ask "Have you ever heard of a band called L'Arc~en~Ciel, maybe Oblivion Dust?" and they probably won't know.... ( I can't really speak for other countries, but I'm sure it's somewhat the same )
it just seems wrong to me, that's all
Ah...now I see....well, this is one small step in the right direction. I personally only listen to jrock myself...L'arc, Hyde, or SID 99.99% of the time. I've spread the message to a couple of co-workers and they like the music. I think most of the problem is that the music is not really available here. It is expensive to buy it and ship it from Japan. I know I've spent a small fortune on what I own. It is just not that available.
So....in that vein....how hard would it be to convince local radio stations to play the music? Has anyone ever tried? I don't listen to the radio....only CDs because they don't play what I want. How do you convince management to send music to the US? Is it worth their time and money? Who do they send it to? Any ideas?
XD I was just thinking about that the other day! One of my friends just got hired at a radio station near her school. I want to call in and ask her to play something, but I don't know if she actually could. I was thinking like EVERGREEN [DIST.] or something, because he has an english version....or a Gackt song, because she loves Gackt.

Aren't we getting a little off topic? This is for tickets to Las Vegas, when they go on sale etc. If you want to discuss this make a new topic in the "GENERAL" section of the forum. Sorry but lets try to stay on topic.
