Ok ok, I understand we can clone monkeys and stuff, but I've heard people wondering if they have to sing during the recording or if the audio can be added LATER to the video so it can be edited. I hope you read this (-J) and if it is possible, that you tell us a little more about that (forgive our dense questions n_nU) Or... if anyone has already received an answer on this matter, fellow fandom brotherhood, mind sharing the info? :-p

Also, don't worry about how many people in how many countries can win... it is all based on the whim of HYDE and K.A.Z. They are not exactly the "stick to the rules" type of guys, and that's why singing ability is not necessarily the most important thing. Think more about making an impression, something that will help them remember your video over other submissions.

Lastly, today is apparently Tokio's (the infamous founder of this forum) Birthday. There is a thread already going to submit your well-wishes, so do so if you have a chance... if not only to thank her for creating and maintaining this very useful forum.

I saw the first two videos as well this morning . Well... I do NOT laugh because anybody who has got the guts to do this in front of the whole YouTube audience has got more b*lls than me . Hehe, but did you notice that none of the two dared to really sing the whooh hoo hoo hoo . It is not that easy... Tried to record the karaoke yesterday (audio only), just for fun and my whooh hoo hoo hoo killed the whole song . Curious what more there is to come on YouTube...
To be on the safe side I would sing the song live, not prerecord it. Just to avoid disqualification... I wrote J asking about it, but haven't received an answer so far. I will let you know should he answer .

I have ruled the whoooh hooo hooo hooo out totally. Thankfully this is not a singing competition as we have been assured XD It's not on the lyric sheet either... thankfully XD I think I may have a go... not time this weekend though.

It means that it must be something original. Like you can't add Hyde singing the words or K.A.Z playing the guitar because that is not original. It has already been done before.
Whatever you do has to be totally done by you.

I think it also means that you cannot use material you created earlier for other projects.
