I had the same problem! I had created an account but it didn't work when trying to purchase the tickets so I created a new one. I figured that the account on the "normal shop" doesn't work on the ticket shop and you have to have a separate account for the ticket shop. But I used the same email on both accounts.

I received the email from DHL on Friday when FNAC sent the tickets.

Thanks a lot for your help ! Interesting you had the same account problem. I don't quite understand why FNAC lets people create two accounts, really, but okay, I can't change that now. I will call them today and check what happened with my order... because I should have received an email from DHL by now, but there is none .

Thanks again for the phone number!!! The lady at FNAC was very helpful and told me everything went fine and my tickets are on their way . Not by DHL but by the French post, that's why I haven't received a tracking number per email.

:-D That's cool! I have to wait until Tuesday because the Eurostar only takes bookings 6 months in advance *sigh* So when I get that done it's trying to find a hotel time o.o ... It would be easier for me to go by plane but I have been waiting years to have a go on the train :X

Haha, I'm happy that you get to travel with the Eurostar :D I wanted to go to London after Paris, just to travel with it.
