I was checking out the venue's site today, and apparently you can win free tickets to any show at the Great American Music Hall. Here's what it says:

"Ticket Contest
On a regular basis, we also select a person at random from our mailing list to receive a FREE pair of tickets to ANY UPCOMING SHOW OF YOUR CHOICE (except Benefits and NYE). The next winner will be drawn Mon. May 17. All you need to do to enter is be signed up on the list. As long as you remain on the list, you'll automatically be entered in each giveaway contest. Winners are notified via email. "

I had looked at that when the venue was first announced and considered it. Free is always good.....but it is a gamble if you really wanted to go to the show.
