J said on his post that all autograph signings begin at the specified time of the venue (usually 2 PM) and ended "as soon as HYDE and K.A.Z start giving me looks like, 'J, my wrist is getting sore and I have to play guitar in a few hours!'" - So I don't think there was a specific number cut off, but somewhere between 100 and 200 was the estimated number that HYDE and K.A.Z would eventually stop on.
That's what I remember anyway, I may be wrong.

I remember reading that too. XD
I was #161 in line in Baltimore and they had to cut it off not too far behind me.

yeah, cut off in Baltimore was supposed to be right around 200 i think. there were people who didn't get to go in i do know. i was 121 and didn't get there until 11am. and before hand they came down the line and checked for tickets, wrote a number on your hand and gave out those cheap little ticket things it seems like. also checked bags going in. i had wanted to get another cd as i went in for my daughter, but because i had a MV12 in hand, Ai(promoter) pushed me on into the line. they only let about 10 in at a time. Laney wound up in the group behind me.
they did skip people who weren't counted at the time who had joined friends just ahead of us, hence the ticket and number maybe. it had looked for a minute like they were gonna stop the line right after we went in. it was crazy. but worth it. ^_^)V

Totally worth it. :D
I got into Baltimore at around noon and we had go check into the hotel first, and it took the receptionist about 20 minutes to find our reservations. D: So by the time of the meet and greet, when I saw that I was part of like the second to last group to go in, I was like OMG that was close. XD
If that receptionist had made me miss the meet and greet, I might have gone on a murderous rampage upon returning to the hotel. XD

RE: In case that you can't make it for the tour, here's something you might like
It was amazing for me to see that no one [except the smart-ass winner] put a bid on it. MAybe it's because VAMPS/HYDE/L'arc fans are different from other fanbases and in some sense we appreciate more those unique moments to see/meet them than just buying whatever we can get online...I don't know about you but I fell proud of myself for that.

Personally, I wouldn't buy something just because it was autographed unless the artist was dead and I really really really really wanted it.
But I kind of think autographs are worthless since it's just someone's name written on something. It's only good to have if you had the experience of getting it yourself. Then the autograph is proof of the experience.

I have never met with HYDE, because until now I have not had a chance.
I couldn't attend VAMPS Live outside my country and VAMPS had never come to my country. Autographed CD means a lot to me.
If I have a lot of money, I'd love to buy it.

Don't get me wrong because if I were in your case (almost at it since I'm from puerto Rico and VAMPS will never come here either) I would have bought it. So IF the person who bought the CD was a fan who don't see the chance to see them live (as the tittle of this threat suggests) then that's waaayyy okay with me.
