True, but it still would be nice to have all the perks and pleasures of being a Japanese fan. I mean, think about all the cool things we can't buy without going to extensive measures. A VAMPS music box, a wide variety of T-Shirts and accessories, and above all, membership to HYDEIST/VAMPADDICT. Don't get me wrong, I understand fully well that there are good reasons for this, but that doesn't make it any less of a downer, so a full show just like the Japanese DVD's would be the LEAST that would make us happy.

Since I didn't go to the LA show, the only thing I can really say is that the documentary better have good amounts of footage from the show in Baltimore. Seriously, I feel like that show is almost completely overshadowed by the New York and west coast shows and even the VANS Warped Tour shows. You only get, liek, two seconds of them doing ANYTHING in Maryland in the New York documentary. At least with the other shows, you get, liek, 10 seconds of stuff. I mean, did HYDE say "Do you like crabs?" in Portland? Probably not >=| *selfish, selfish, selfish*

They probably had FujiTV's help for that. I tend to think the reason they're only releasing ten songs is probably because....

1) They'll be releasing VAMPS LIVE 2009 (arena) two months later as well as two new singles and an album in the following months. Distribution costs money and the length and quality of the DVD contributes to the price.

2) They have to save up for the world tour, as well as the Japanese arena tour.

3) Although the target audience is America, it's only going to be distributed in Japan. The Japanese audience, therefore, is predominately going to be buying the arena tour DVD, and who should blame them? Not only is it a show they likely attended in their own homeland, but they were able to decorate the venue to fit the VAMPS atmosphere, which is a bit more exciting than just having the VAMPS album logo in the background. (Which honestly is still more than the east coast shows got, but that doesn't detract from the fun of being there any) So in short, there's no need to release the full show.

That's just the way I see it anyway. It's mostly a business-related thing. I'm sure they -want- to release a full DVD, but just have to think about their future expenditures. Honestly, though, if they released the Fuji TV airing of the New York show on DVD, I'd be content. That is, if they remaster it to include the all-important piano solo before SWEET DREAMS. There's no excuse for its not having that.

I'm sure if they can edit songs like REDRUM, I GOTTA KICK START NOW, and MIDNIGHT CELEBRATION to sound good, then they can make the others sound good.
