I googled, and found this references:
SOMA is very close to Old Town Amtrak Station, you can get there walking.

You can get to Old Town Amtrak Station using the Trolley or MTS transporting system... or else X-D This is the map of the 3 lines.

I hope people from other countries find this information useful... I will most likely print it and watch it until I learn the maps by heart or something @_@ haha, it is a pain getting lost on a foreign country.
Good luck! Any advices, here please! o.o
I live in San Diego County (about an hour's drive from the venue with moderate traffic). It appears to be in the vicinity of the airport...good news for fans...and south of Sea World. Close to the intersection of the I 8 and I 5. (Those are two major freeway systems in San Diego) This is according to Google maps.

One piece of advice for anyone coming in from out of town. Book your hotel/motel early!!! San Diego is a major tourist attraction town and it is always packed in the summer. Even with the economy, things could get tight. With the venue's location to hot spots (airport, Sea World, Old Town, Mission Bay, etc.) you want to make sure you get a room at the best rates. Do NOT wait until summer to book your room.
