VIP tickets do appear to be sold out on Live Nation, but a few people are posting about selling one or two on H.P.'s fab "VAMPS + American Street Team +" facebook page, here .

If you transfer tickets bought by someone else, to you, make sure you handle it so that there won't be a problem at the door, with someone else's name on them.

I think Ticketmaster/Live Nation (they're both owned by the same business) now has a way of officially transferring a ticket, to avoid this problem. You could ask their customer service, or, does anyone here know how to officially transfer a ticket from the original buyer to another fan?

Also, it wouldn't hurt to call House of Blues and Live Nation, and ask them to confirm whether these are sold out.

For the first hour that they were supposed to be on sale to the public, no one could buy the the VIP tickets, and Live Nation was telling people that they'd sold out. But in fact, they hadn't gone on sale at all, yet. Apparently, Live Nation set them to go on sale an hour later than announced, but had no method in place for checking to see how many had sold or what the status was.

Therefore, it wouldn't be too unrealistic to check whether they're really out of them, this time.
