This makes me think that maybe it is VAMPS-related, and the fact that if it weren't VAMPS-related, he probably would have said so, like he not too long ago flat out admitted that the news is not related to a tour because HYDE and K.A.Z are too busy. Or maybe he's just playing with expectations.

^ I don't think he's playing with expectations. At least, judging from previous experiences, whenever J "hints" at something, it usually happened. This is great news and I do hope that VAMPS have plans to release a new single or something. I need my fix. XD
