And personally, if I like a cover I am LESS likely to want to hear the original. I don't care about the original at all if I like the cover, and associate the song with the cover artist, not the original artist. If I do like a song it tends to be whichever version I hear first.

Honestly, I don't think I like any of the artists doing the tributes and it seems like a random mix to me, which is why I'm not buying the album at all. I hope they're all at least huge fans, because I think it would be dumb to have non-fans do a tribute album.

I'm not sure what you mean about not making this another Tokio Hotel forum since I'm not part of one. But the forum is what it is and no one is obligated to blindly love everything the band is doing, nor do they have to keep dissenting opinions a secret.

I am not worrying about how people will percieve L'Arc. I don't care one way or another. What I care about is listening to any music sung by someone who I don't enjoy listening to in the first place. Therefore, I pick and choose, dislike, and like, discard and keep.

We each have our own opinions on any artist and therefore our own comments. Popular or not.

And yeah, and I won't buy the Tribute album for my own reasons, but that doesn't mean that I don't wish the best result of it. I mean, if I didn't like/supported either VAMPS or L'Arc wouldn't be posting, right?

And I don't always agree with what they do [not doing more USA dates was a no no, but I'm not going to stop listening them for that...heck I went to NYC to SUPPORT THEM!!]
