No, this will not have black sleeves. It will be a plain white shirt. You need not to worry about this shirt.

The colors are bright enough that they would also stand out on a plain black shirt. Would that be possible or are they all going to be strictly on a white shirt?

White simply because it'll be much cooler. I mean, I wouldn't want to wear black while standing in the sun all day. *lol* I don't know about you, but I get sunburn very, very easily (at least within 10-20 minutes standing in direct sunlight). *sigh* Guess I really am a VAMPaddict...
