and i think that by calling it Piano Duet it gives some sort of effect, maybe a dramatic because "this person" is missing, and is somewhere up in the heavens, and you obviously need two people for a duet thus i think this may have what he was going for, I write my own lyrics and this is what i was getting from the song's translation. I love this song to pieces.
Piano Duet was released, or is going to be offically released tomorrow, (^-^ my birthday) along with "Memories" as it's side
so maybe thats why the PV's are similar.. I don't really know.

I think it's good that you never see K.A.Z and hyde in the same shot because as stated above if you have read the lyrics it is about someone who cannot say "thankyou"/show his love to their piano teacher[I think?] because they have left earth;in heaven now. That's why It seems really sad how K.A.Z just stands there and looks up at the sky thinking about the person or even hyde.(because one day they will have to return to their other bands and say goodbye to the memories they shared together for awhile).
Since they are never together in the PV it really makes it seem kind of lonely and I think it will be sad when VAMPS go on their break because they really have developed into such a great band. That loneliness/sad theme I can kinda feel in the lyrics and chorus too.
While those are both reasonable interpretations, the problem I feel is that it doesn't come across that way. At least not to me. It's like the infamous potato chip scene in Death Note. I know it's supposed to sound dramatic and exciting, but... it's not. It's just not. Although that scene was at least laughably bad. =P
Quote:It's also nice to see hyde sitting at the piano. I don't think I've ever seen him sitting at one..ever?
He was fooling around with JIN's keyboard sets on the VAMPS LIVE 2009 documentary but he's never done any serious playing to my knowledge. The scenes of HYDE playing the piano here are all so obviously mimed, though. It doesn't deteriorate the beauty of the PV, but it does stick out like a sore thumb.
