Which means
Even though America is everywhere with their killings

Coming from me who is 100% Chinese, I feel the above comment is REALLY sensitive and should not be said loosely. By the way, I am not from China.
Oh and then there's this:

Even though I am not from China,
The Chinese definitely are not thinking, "The Japanese take our feelings into consideration."
