Which means

Even though America is everywhere with their killings
The Americans still do not hesitate to raise their flag of stars and stripes.

Coming from me who is 100% Chinese, I feel the above comment is REALLY sensitive and should not be said loosely. By the way, I am not from China.

Oh and then there's this:

虽说我不是中国人，
但是中国人肯定不会觉得，“日本在照顾我们的心情”。
而是会想，“看吧！他们果然因为有见不得人的东西，所以才没敢升起太阳旗吧”

Even though I am not from China,
The Chinese definitely are not thinking, "The Japanese take our feelings into consideration."
Or rather, "Look! They actually refuse to raise the flag of the rising sun because they have skeletons in their closet."
