In Japan, everyone knows they're hot, so there's no need to stress themselves out over it. Also, you have to consider that not only does it cost more to transport all the stage equipment, but also they have a much more strict time schedule. In Japan, they can afford to be a few minutes late because they know their fans will be late for them. Overseas, they're not so sure so it's best to keep to a tight schedule.
They weren't worried about being on time for us! In Baltimore I believe they where half an hour late to the autograph session ..as for the concert..that might have started late also. I couldn't see the time after we got in there but it felt like we were standing there forever.
I was feeling hot and sick before the show even started!
Yeah....we were waiting inside the club for like, an hour. By the time they were about to come out, my legs were rubber. I was worried I wouldn't be able to stand for the entire show.
After they came out, I didn't feel anything....
I guess that says something about Hyde as a performer....he put us in a trance and made us forget about our ouchies. It's truly not the same as watching a DVD. It's like he makes eye contact with every member of the audience. He's an expert at conveying a feeling, even from a distance.
If you enjoy acoustic music, check out Hirakawachi 1-chome / 平川地一丁目
