J said on his post that all autograph signings begin at the specified time of the venue (usually 2 PM) and ended "as soon as HYDE and K.A.Z start giving me looks like, 'J, my wrist is getting sore and I have to play guitar in a few hours!'" - So I don't think there was a specific number cut off, but somewhere between 100 and 200 was the estimated number that HYDE and K.A.Z would eventually stop on.
That's what I remember anyway, I may be wrong.
I remember reading that too. XD
I was #161 in line in Baltimore and they had to cut it off not too far behind me.

yeah, cut off in Baltimore was supposed to be right around 200 i think. there were people who didn't get to go in i do know. i was 121 and didn't get there until 11am. and before hand they came down the line and checked for tickets, wrote a number on your hand and gave out those cheap little ticket things it seems like. also checked bags going in. i had wanted to get another cd as i went in for my daughter, but because i had a MV12 in hand, Ai(promoter) pushed me on into the line. they only let about 10 in at a time. Laney wound up in the group behind me.
they did skip people who weren't counted at the time who had joined friends just ahead of us, hence the ticket and number maybe. it had looked for a minute like they were gonna stop the line right after we went in. it was crazy. but worth it. ^_^)V
