Hmm...yes, this is in fact very unprecedented. I mean, VAMPS don't do such things for their fans in Japan. So, even if they decide to not hold an autograph session for the rest any other west coast dates, I'm glad that they're even doing this.

I think a lot of us are getting caught up in this. While it's understandable that fans may be disappointed if VAMPS won't hold a session for the shows they are attending, we need to remember that we should be grateful that they have chosen to come to the states in the first place. Of course, it would be great if we could somehow obtain an autograph from VAMPS, we need to remember that they are extremely busy and will more than likely be exhausted, so we need to keep that into account.

Please remember the bigger picture everyone and please try, as hard as it may be, to not to be angry or upset. The VAMPS staff are working very, very hard, but they can't always please everyone. Best wishes to those who are able to attend the sessions!!

So there's going to be one line...
SO... here's the thing. I think there should be a rule that the people who go in to get their autograph can come out and go back to their spot. Like maybe leave all their stuff where they were in the line and then go right back to it. If that rule isn't established. I'm just going to do it anyway. ^_^
Well, you know, I need to stay in the front somehow... I can't go lugging our 8 foot banner around everywhere! XD

Aww man, it takes place before the show >: - I probably won't reach Baltimore until about four in the afternoon. :( Oh well, the concert is the main thing. =D

Okay guys, I mailed Ai about getting items signed/will call. This is what she said:

"It has to be official vamps items non hyde stuff for the autograph.

Any invite tickets and will call guest list are not for signing session. Only people who has proof of the purchasing tickets."

So, there you have it. Official VAMPS stuff only for signing. No hyde/Kaz other items. I'm guessing no personal items (guitars and such)?

And that sucks for will call people.

So I can't have my FAITH CD signed? =x

Tokio, Thanks for the info. So that means they can sign on MONTHLY VAMPS, CD/DVD, how about Japanese magazine with their cover on it or the concert ticket ?

I got two questions...

First off, lets say I printed VAMPS photos.
They would sign those, right?

And when she said only people with proof of purchasing tickets,
does that mean you'll have to show a receipt or something?

Or will just having the tickets be proof enough?

All this confusion is making me want to pull my hair out.

FAITH CD: Probably not because it's not VAMPS merchandise. It's HYDE merchandise. (I know they were both in it but it was 'HYDE FAITH' not VAMPS)
Concert ticket: Probably?
Other Japanese Magazine: Not sure. They don't own those so I'm not sure if it counts. Technically not VAMPS merchandise.

VAMPS Printed Photos: Not sure, maybe? They seem nice, so you can try.

Though for another point of view: Some Otakon staff mentioned that printing your own photos makes it look like you like the band but not enough to support them by buying stuff. The question was about another artist, but I just wanted to share that point of view and leave it up to you.

"Proof" of purchase:
Tickets will count as proof. Sonar said you must have a ticket.

Her reply was in reference to me asking about will call ticket holders. They can't get their ticket until the doors open at 7. Which means they can't go to the autograph session.

I emailed her back to ask if a receipt can count as proof for will call people. She hasn't replied yet.
