I got my dvd from CdJapan.. it shipped from Japan so I don't see why it would be different than other Japan copies. I think it was mentioned before that all VAMPROSE dvds would be region free from now on, so I don't think there is a region 2 copy.
That was before they decided to make the 2009 USA DVD region 2 though, so there's still the possibility that they'll decide to make one region 2 for one reason or the next.

RE: Chile DVD
I didn't know it before, but there are Spanish/Japanese subtitles during the talk parts.
Using Media Player Classic -> navigate -> subtitle lang -> Enabled/unknown
I HAD NO IDEA UNTIL 5 SECONDS AGO /feels.blind
I don't speak Spanish, but since it's the same characters English uses, it's easier to copy it into a translator to find out what they said.

RE: Chile DVD
So, I'm late and all, but I watched the whole DVD awhile ago and I guess that means I have to post my overly-biased opinion that no one cares about about.
I still don't quite see the whole "it consists mostly of fan shots" complaints, but I'll reiterate my agreement in that the cinematography ranges from good to just plain odd at times. Though I think one thing in particular I've noticed with VAMPS DVD's in general is that with each DVD, they're trying to show different angles of the same song so one can see exactly what goes on during the performance of the song, but I can't help but feel they went a little overboard here as the camera focused on the exactly wrong band member at the wrong time or the same shots of the two fans holding the posters that say "I love you, HYDE" and "I love K.A.Z" - Don't get me wrong, it's cool that those were featured in the DVD and I'm sure the creators are probably thrilled, but they show those same two signs over and over again.
Even worse than the cinematography though is the editing. The scenes just seem to be spliced very poorly to the point where some parts just feel interrupted and some scenes only last, like, maybe a second at most. Like, it will go here's a nice shot of the crowd for five seconds, oh back to the band... okay enough of the band, back to that same shot of the crowd.
And my last complaint being the use of audio effects on some parts, which isn't something I would typically mind as it's not anything exactly new for HYDE to use, but they're kind of badly implemented here. The main example being IT'S SAD... okay, I might just be saying that because it's one of my favorite live songs. But I just didn't like the static voice thing they used during the verses and the way they used an echo for the scream. It just didn't sound right. (That and HYDE overemphasizes the "A" in "crazy" a bit much but can't hold that against him @3@)
All that aside, though, I really did enjoy the DVD. There's a few things they could have improved on that would have made a big difference, but the performance itself was just as amazing as ever. Lots of energy and fun.

RE: Chile DVD
Hello, can anyone tell me if the Chile DVD is all-region like some of the previous VAMPS DVDs? All the websites that are selling say that it's region 2 or 3, but I thought the VAMPS DVDs were going to be all-region from now on.

RE: Chile DVD
The one I have is all-region. I think they should indeed be all-region from now on, but for whatever reason websites don't list them as such.
