Don't know if anyone's heard this, but LM.C, who were schedule to play at A-Kon in Dallas, Texas on May 22nd are no longer going due to the swine flu. o_o That sorta shocked me, and just made me hope all goes well with Vamps. I mean, by July I think things will have died down a bit, so I'm not panicking, but just letting everyone know. ^^;

i heard about LM. C, and i felt bad for the fans :( i also think that by july, this will have settled down. ^^

Like wise here about hearing the LM.C news too. Real bummer for the fans (me included). But I do wonder what would happen if one of VAMPS shows was canceled (not just for flu but for any number of reason) is there a game plan?

it's understandable why they cancelled... i wouldn't want them to get sick :(

Well if they decide to cancel they would have to pay my plane ticket to the US from Peru and lots of hotels x_x so I really hope they don't!

I was just reading the article from Anime News Network about LM.C - it looks like LM.C's record label (the ones who have canceled the show) are saying that they canceled because WHO raised the pandemic alert, even though WHO isn't actually recommending travel restrictions. Hopefully this won't affect VAMPS and everything will settle down by July.. *crosses fingers*

I do not think that VAMPS cancel the tour (really hope not), but maybe the authorities say that a concert is a very dangerous means of contagion of this virus .___. if there is still no vaccine against this virus (so not having to worry about), I think the warning and preventive measures, will be continue until then.

same here. the -only- reason I'm flying from Michigan to Las Vegas and spending a week there is because of VAMPS. If they cancel the trip to Las Vegas is pointless to me. Trust me... I haaaaaaaate hot places. But it's all worth it if VAMPS is there heh so I hope they don't cancel.

And that sucks about LM.C. I was tempted to go see them; glad I didn't go to all the trouble now because that would've been a trip to Texas (I wouldn't have otherwise gone on) all for naught.

It would really suck if they decided to cancel because

1) I have to go 3 hours to even get to an airport because there a bunch of nothing 3 hours east and 3 hours west of me >_<

2) I would hate to get plane tickets to all these cities and then not get to use them because the only reason I'm going is for VAMPS as well and the way everything will be scheduled I would just have a day or two in each city so it wouldn't even be worth going unless VAMPS was there since the only sight seeing I would be doing would looking at the inside of a whole lot of planes.

but I really don't think VAMPS will cancel on us. I mean I'm sure they have already put a lot of money into this and it isn't like they were just coming for one show. The only way I could see them canceling is if the USA restricts traveling or something but by July I'm sure everything will be settled down and people will start to realize its not as bad as the media is telling us.
