I think every video has it's value, even if the contestant is a crapy singer or the video is not very original, because it takes a lot of balls to expose yourself in front of the entire world lol So good luck to everybody!

That's of course very true . I mean we are all not professionals so actually you can't expect something perfect ne.

I don't think it's that hard to make a video...
I can record video on my digital camera ..it's crappy, but it's usable.
My brother's cell phone takes pretty good video too, and even the library in my town has video camera's you can rent for projects and stuff =)
I found a really nice video camera on sale though, so I'm gonna get it tomorrow. It's HD so I really want it :L and it's red, I like red xD
I've even been training my voice over the past couple weeks, because I really can't sing, only been drinking water too....but I think my voice might sound worse than it did before XD
so if you watch my video, you might want to do what hedelex said and turn off the volume :P

I've been reading all the comments on here...I want to jump in the conversation, but I don't have a very strong opinion on any of the current videos...I find each one amusing in their own right. I'm sure mine will be too Also I don't think you need fancy equipment to win, it's just a fun contest for fans. Vamps pick the winner, so if they want to they could just pick the hottest chick or coolest dude

Wooo cool! the concept: ME :-D That was cool! And I am glad to see you again after so much time n_n

I watched all the videos and not like I always prefer the ones that have the most impressive effects or the hottest girls/guys. They have to "kick me" somehow and be original. So far, I liked youngsango13 (or neofreak10), KanameHyde, orenjicarla... (I´m sure I´m missing some ^^;), but as some of you already stated, every contestant has to be praised just for taking the time thinking about their very own video style and having the guts to be in front of the camera.
I´m still working on my video; since I don´t have a great voice (in fact I don´t have ANY voice XD) I´ll try to put all my efforts in the image, coz the prize is more than worth of the time you spend on it. Even if we don´t know what will they pick, I wanna give all I have and create something I can be proud of.

I'm in shock. I made my video two days ago and now a friend of mine is editing it... but today I went to youtube and find a new video of a girl which have some coincidences with mine. It's pretty similar. I can't belive it!! I'm really mad because I put a lot of effort making it and now posting it seemns worthless... who would belive me that I did'nt copy that girl's idea if my video is psoted later than hers?? I know she didn't stole my idea either, it was just a fuckin coincidence....
I'M SO MAD x___x I don't think I'll post my video now, it would be pathetic, and I have no time to make a new one...can't belive I won't even have the chance to meet vamps!!
