RE: necklace too cheesy?
Yes, VAMPS accept gifts at their concerts. I'm sure some of the American VAMPS fans will tell you more about it , I'd be curious, too, how they handed the gifts over to them at their last tour.
As for the necklace, hey why not, why should that be cheesy, have you got an example picture of one of yours *curious*?

No, not cheesy at all. I think that would be awesome, I bet they would love that. I knew about a few girls that made jewelry for HYDE and he actually has used it, it can be seen on video and pics.
During last tour you were allowed to hand them their gifts in the table at the signing sessions, but you can also give stuff to -J or any staff member I think, they are all very nice and helpful :-)

RE: necklace too cheesy?
Handmade necklaces will be awesome :)
I'm planning to make a little charm for each members (something represents each member's character) if I can. I'm glad to know that they accept gifts at the show. Hope I can make something nice.

RE: necklace too cheesy?
At all the shows I went to a staff member came around and collected gifts. Except in Vegas I asked one of the staff members if he could deliver a gift for me, which he did :3 I'm sure it will be the same this year too. I hope!

RE: necklace.
I heard that if they become WAY too over-encumbered with gifts they won't take anything home... just IMAGINE the amount of luggage overweight they'd have to pay off if they took home just about EVERYTHING every single fan gave them! o__O
Still, I've NOOO idea whatsoever how that works. The Argentinian ST will just give them ONE gift from everyone so that it doesn't turn into an amazingly huge box of... stuff. Chances are that if they get too many things, they'll just keep what they like and give away the rest or something. I'm not sure. When Monoral came to Argentina they DID pay for the excess luggage weight, though...
Back on topic, I think it's a great idea to make them necklaces! (of course, it depends on what sort of necklace that is but... the general idea is a good one ;D)
