1.09 L'Arc interview GAGA OVER THE ARC

so it has been confirmed that HYDE is 42 years old.

Blah, not a fan of Lady Gaga.

Nice to see them getting recognition though.

WHY I CAN'T SEE THE VIDEO THOUGH [cries in a corner]. And although they don't "need" Lady Gaga to know that they are AWESOME...maybe this will put some enlightenment to the mass media press, they don't know HOW MUCH $$ [and it's kind of true] J-rock fans move/invest. That we are serious about our artist and that language is not a barrier for us to enjoy their music and MORE importantly is that we just want a little of recognition as a real-music-genre fans and not just anime/manga/comic music fans.

Because either of us will NEVER spend so much for Lady Gaga/Justin Bieber's albums and stuff O__o *

Note: *Just thinking about the BUTTERFLY album, VAMPS DVD, L'20 box and MSG concert trip X__X

Oh, how true! Of those, I'm still agonizing over that L'20 box. It's just so insanely priced. Cannot predict if I would more regret spending beyond all reason, than regret saving the money and not getting it D; I have to draw the line somewhere...
so I've heard...or maybe not?

Haha, I don't think I even noticed that. I think I just automatically read it as androgynous

Uber late response, but as someone who is not exactly a fan of Lady Gaga's, I can't help but feel a little... not disappointed, but a little... I don't know the word for it. Baffled? Bewildered? I don't know. Part of me just feels... "Why?" But you know, it doesn't matter. The important thing is that apparently Lady Gaga has good taste in music, and that L'Arc is getting overseas attention at all. So yeah... stuff. @3@

did anyone actually see the last show they were at together? Music Station, maybe the end of the year? i saw L'Arc's oerformance in a clip someone put up, but *forgot* to get up and try to see the whole show on keyhole. was there any interaction between L'Arc and GAGA? or anyone else and the Lady for that matter?

i just remember that when VAMPS played MS with GAGA in 2009 i think, they panned the camera over the musicians sitting on the benches waiting their turn with Tamori-san and HYDE had about 8 feet of space between himself and LadyG. and a very funny look on his face. i assumed it was out of fear of having his eyeballs punctured by the sharp, pointy bits of her almost non-existent costume. maybe Megumi told him to stay clear...?

I do remember VAMPS doing a Music Station interview with Gaga in the background. I pretty much just assumed that she was just next in line to have an interview and performance. There were definitely points where HYDE and K.A.Z looked like they were trying a little too hard to look like they weren't acknowledging her presence. She does have the effect of uncomfortaby sticking out like a sore thumb, which I can't really criticize her for since that's so clearly her intention.
